The product is lovely and the customer service was outstanding. I contacted you as something was wrong with the clasp - it was just not working. I explained it to the rep - and she replaced the item. I just ordered another one fro my daughter. thank you.

I love the bracelet, looks so real. The necklace rolls onto its side so you can't see the diamonds.

The first bracelet had a defective clasp; I emailed them and had a reply almost instantly. Wonderful customer care and they re-sent another bracelet about a week later, no charge. It’s beautiful too❗️

I loved my braclet and was so excited…
I loved my braclet and was so excited to wear it. My husband, when he put it on my wrist told me the clasp was not closing correctly. He told me he could probably fix it when he got home from work, but me wanting to wear the beautiful item and did and I lost it as it fell off. Nonetheless I loved it, but should have waited to wear it when the clasp worked correctly. It was very pretty!
