As promised your package has been shipped out again, free of charge, after your first package got randomly picked out in customs for inspection and never got released, in which the package got considered 'lost in transit'.
2 days ago it already arrived at our international airport in Australia, and it's waiting on a spot on the plane to the USA right now.
