Melissa simplified the process of navigating all the Medicare Advantage plans available to me. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She answered all my questions and went through all the steps to do the job right. She didn't pressure me into making a quick decision, just gave me my options. I know NOTHING about medical insurance programs (my husband always took care of it) so I was thrilled to connect with Sharon Favaro of Unified Growth Partners… Sharon patiently walked me thru my options, explained (in words I could understand) each term and it’s implication in my search for the policy best suited to my needs…. remember to set aside a few hours with Sharon as the process is mind-blowingly complicated ( thank you Obama Care and unending government-speak conditions of each provider). Excellent experience, very informative!
The representative, Charity Nero, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Charity discussed a couple of options that was better than my current plan. Unfortunately, I won't get to use my dentist I've had for 8 years, but other than that there were good savings found plus additional services I have not had access to before.
