My Pay Weekly Avis 1 029

Been paying over a year and a half for 3 bedroom carpets which has been put back again and again saying no stock... Yet still taking payments to now find out they have went bust and the bloke is in jail serving 21 years for drugs and kidnap.
Been on to bank, investigation on going and slowly getting some money back hopefully get the boys carpets by Xmas

Waiting for my floor to be fit it since septemeber. They owned me 290£ No reply from them or anything.

I have paid £650 towards a bed and have not received anything, not even any communication

I’m still waiting on a a carpet 2 units and a footstool waited 1 hour on phone only to be cut off, no carpet for months this is not on, no explanation nothing I just want my money back can’t believe they made me go without a hall carpet for this long I’m a single parent who really relied on this stuff. I could be doing with that money I’m struggling, I have been a loyal customer for years and payed a lot of money to them and they do this to me !!!

I've have contacted my bank this morning.. I have received some money back up to 90days of payments I have made. They are opening a case against them and hopefully I will get it all back in 21 day's. Thought I would share this and maybe if you all ring your banks they can do the same for you... Worth a try. Good luck everyone.

Disgusting how they have treated people!!! I contacted my bank to put a block on payments. How do I go about getting refunded?

Absolutely shocking!! Been making weekly payments for some time now and I was due my sofa over a month ago and I go and find out the company is going bust !! Fair to say ill never use any of these awful pay weekly sites again...hope you have a crap Christmas My Pay weekly!!

I have paid over £300 towards a bed I’m clearly never going to get. Absolutely devastated, just hope my bank can help with a refund.

Shame I have to give this company I one star because it does not deserve it. Am a single mum of three kids I ended my contract due to waiting for so long and said I would get a refund yet am still waiting its been over a month they owe me over 800, now I can't get through to them, and it seems like its the same for a lot of people so I guess il have to take this further.

I Typed in on google ‘portobello trade park unit 15’ (which is where they operate) it is saying the building is under offer as of the 2nd of December this year. Don’t know what this means but it looks like they no longer operate there and are looking for a sale.

So MyPayWeekly have flagged all of the reviews I've written to have them removed - yet were unable to contact me to resolve the issue and give me my money back?? Absolute scam of a company.
I've noticed they're replying the same thing to everyone that states that those who have no received goods do not have to continue the payment plan. Ok, fair enough. So where's our refund then? They owe me £400 and I have already sent a Letter Before Claim so it's in their best interest to just refund me, rather than me take them to a small claims court where I'll ask for compensation for every day I've been left without flooring, which is four months shall I add.

Absolute disgrace of a company that lied and continued to take on customers knowing they could not issue the goods. Their warehouse has been up for sale ages so it's obvious no one will be receiving anything!!!

I can’t reach this company they taken over £500 from me. Is there anyway I can get my money back please?
I spent four days last on hold for over two hours and kept getting cut off.

I have paid 1800 pound and they put the flooring down but not done it right was waiting for a new date for them to come and fit new flooring and havnt come back to me can any help with get my money back please

I would give 0 stars if possible. Supposed to fit carpet back in September let me down with less than 24 hours notice. Was told carpet would be fitted 10th december. I’m now £400 down and no carpet fitted.

This company is a joke and has robbed every single one of us. Sent multiple emails and rang multiple times to be disconnected.

I have been trying to get in contact with them for months now,I have paid my deposit and some money towards my flooring and still nothing, I am a single grandparent to my grandkids and don't have money like that just to give away could someone please help me please. Thanks Carolyn Haldane

Has this company really gone bust, I paid my fitting fee and they said they were waiting for the carpets to come over seas and would get back to me first week in December it’s a disgrace right before christmas, will the bank give me by full fitting fee back?

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE BANK ...... I have four children have been paying for carpets for over a year I can’t get through they was still taking money out of my bank this week I contacted my bank NatWest and was told that I can not get my money back because it was a standing order and therefore I’m not protected £870 I was told to contact the administrator of my pay weekly clearly not going to get any answer there can anybody help !!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here is an email I received today. I can see am not on my own there's others. I asked for my daughters birthday present to make sure was there for her birthday 17th September. It was booked in, then later after waiting I was furious so on Friday I made a call to the company. They made excuse that they was on a boat somewhere in middle ocean along with others. Glass furniture. I ordered alot too, plus 2 settees I am disabled and vulnerable. Like most of you guys who's in vulnerable situations. They new how to scam us. I broke 💔 down today wondering how am going to get all my money back I've paid.
