How is it you can issue a generic reply on here, yet continue to ignore your customers every other way. If your company is having problems, then please have the decency to let us know instead of ignoring us. I quick update. Just been in touch with my bank, who say this company are still trading as active and therefore cannot issue a refund.

Listen people this company has gone bust don’t listen to the bs that they are given u cause you will not get your money back from them go to your bank and apply for a charge back and then cancel your bank card cause that’s the only way to stop them taking your money. Anyone whos still paying them any monies stop cause you will never get anything you have ordered. Writing this cause of this company has ripped my gf off with over £500

Been paying of a sofa promised me would have before Christmas when I finally paid the amount before delivery they tolde there having trouble with delivery as there stick is in containers overseas and not to do anything and they will contact me the first week of December to tell me delivery day I've rang and rang for weeks on end no answer just get cut of in the end I've emailed nothing I've contacted my bank today and they have gave me my money back and said they will be getting it of the company from there bank really upset as really need sofa absolute discrace liers never even got anything to say I'm in contract with them nothing just a app I've got on my phone which shows how much I've paid contact your banks and tell them it's scam you will get all back I'm. With natwest and loyds got mine back as paid out of both accounts.

Was told MONTHS ago that our carpet was stuck in a truck because of HGV driver shortage which was obviously a lie , heard nothing more, refusing communication with us clearly scamming because this happened to my sister too even though they apparently had already got her carpet ready and cut they just won't come out and fix it for her get your money back while you can

My previous review was deleted but I’m currently nearly £800 out of pocket with a three,two year old and a newborn so close to Christmas. Due to having no luck with contacting I’ve had to contact an ombudsman. I will be happy to take all this away if I get a full refund as this is ridiculous I’ve tried contacting several times now. I just want my money back

absolute scam!!!! took 860 pound off me promised me a delivery date for last week and a phone call 28th of novememebr blanked me can't find there page blocked on social media!! sent loads of emails and been stuck on hold number 30 in the que for 2 3 hours and still didn't get through robbing thieving scum bags

I have been paying for a bed for the…

I have been paying for a bed for the last 12 plus months can't get through on the phone and the emails aren't being answered. I am disabled and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since August as that was the original date I was given for my bed but it December now and still no bed osteoarthritis in my spine so it's becoming ridiculous never using this company again

I give this company 0 stars stay away

I give this company 0 stars. stay away from them . They lie and do not deliver or refund your money. I paid for a carpet that never came was told 30 days for a refund and told they will withhold £60 as a cancellation fee when it’s then who have no stock it’s a cheek . Guess what no refund after 30 days and no one responding to emails etc: please contact your bank I have and I have filled in a form with evidence of the emails I sent and the 2 emails I got from My pay weekly. Waiting now to see if the bank Will refund me the £300 I have lost.

Everybody needs to ring their bank this company will be bought to justice even the girls that kept answering the phones until it came to delivery and fitting dates which seems like the whole country had the same date , i was told my flooring and sofa was in a container stuck been a hgv driver i beleived them pure scum

Terrible service !Been waiting forever…

Terrible service !Been waiting forever for carpets to get fitted cleard 2 bedrooms out and they came with the replacement carpet instead from my old account and said they will be back out with the rest ,got a phone call saying I was on a 6/7 weeks waiting list as they had problems with delivery,phoned a few times hard to get through still asking for money when I did.I also have tried to phone multiple times since then and on a 3 hr waiting time or longer and the min I get to in the queue no 1 it cuts off !
