Rip-off's

Joke of a company been on with them since the very start of them building there business and they've ripped me of £300 and many others of alot more money!! Called the ombusstman the bank local courts to be told none of them can help me because there still classed as a traiding business!! Iv made numerous phone calls been on hold for 7 hours in one day going right from 27th in the queue to number 1 then get cut off...emailed them to have no reply...requested call backs to no reply!! Absolutely forming!!!

There was no need for a start i cancelled my order after waiting since June for a fitting i was told in October that the refund will be processed in 30days nothing so far no refund no reply from emails i have been sending all i want is my money back service is so bad dont go there.

I wouldn't give this company any stars…

I wouldn't give this company any stars if it was possible. I have been trying to contact them to no avail for a week now. Calls being disconnected after holding for 45 mins. Social media has vanished no replies to emails.
I have contacted several financial services & have been told what I have experienced sounds like it could be some sort of scam.
Klarna credit are the credit people for my pay weekly & when contacted them they haven't heard of me.
WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE
Please avoid this company

After several attempts still cannot speak to anyone to even get a refund with the company, noone seems to get through to them so they can even get a refund it's ridiculous

Ok so I’ve written a few reviews but…

Ok so I’ve written a few reviews but after a lot of digging around and research I can honestly say yes I didn’t get my goods and it’s been a horrible experience but now people are going after the wrong person and even now targeting his family and causing a lot crap !!

The director David gloyne is in prison !! He was the one who was day to day running of the business and the one who knew exactly what was being done and has set up a scape goat and if you look on companies house you will see how fast other directors left the sinking ship … it’s a bit much to post the other guys personal stuff ( which I have also ) but when going into things a bit deeper there he to be more to it !!

David gloyne got 21 years in prison you don’t get that kind of sentence unless your the kind of person capable to do this to all us customers !

Everyone will get their money back it just takes time having spoken to the financial conduct authority myself this morning

They don’t even deserve 1 star, this company is the biggest scam out there NO INTEREST OR HIDDEN CHARGES but yet quotes me £1100 for a 20x10 foot room £400 off on there offer though. So £774 but you have to pay £315 before it’s fitted, made £210 of payments called the office to pay the rest off to be on hold for 6 hours being hung up on before even getting connected while on hold I decided to use estimated carpet websites and was being quoted £400 for all payweekly offered but they don’t charge interest scammers you pay for the item before delivery they outsource the product or fitter and charge you what they like on top! I’ve requested a refund been over 2 weeks and now I have read they can’t even commit to there customers purchases but are still charging and not refunding. I have spoken with my bank raised the issue with them to see if they can help also reported the company to trading standards. Facebook page has now disappeared. Further information gathered by bank the company says it sets up a monthly direct debt for the £40 but what they don’t tell you is when you pay your deposit via card payment they will illegally retain your card details and set a recurring card payment and not direct debit that is agreed. Completely fraudulent of them and I have escalated this with my banks fraud team

Disgusting company

I am so disappointed and devastated, having paid almost £800 to not have anything, I took up my old flooring ready for my fitting and now have absolutely nothing, I will not let this drop, absolutely disgusting to put people through this with everything else going on

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, Phillip Marley has a lot to answer for! May not of been a scam to begin with but for the last 3 months every single customer has been scammed and robbed of their money. Taking peoples money when they know they have no intentions of delivering the goods. How the staff allowed this to happen is a joke, the lovely lady who allowed me to pay off my flooring a few weeks ago when she knew full well what position the company was in I hope sleeps well every single night, leaving families with no flooring for Xmas and in this cold weather!

Paid for a sofa and haven’t received it been lied to since July from this company absolute shambles!!
Andrew Philip Marley the company director who it still has as active should be ashamed and absolutely disgusted in himself that he has allowed his company to put so many vulnerable people through this so close to Christmas!!
Very worded letter been sent
Also his other companies which he has significant control under APPKETTLE LIMITED and his 75 to 100 % shares in EATONSOUTH LTD think these companies potential should be warned of this absolute cowboy.

Had to edit because the horrible individual is clearly watching this reporting everyone you big beauty coward

DON’T USE MY PAY WEEKLY.
They had £200 off me for my sofa i ordered in June. They told me I had to pay 4 months to show I can pay as they don’t take credit checks, which is fair enough.
Then they said that the person that promised me after paying 4 months I could get it delivered, he had apparently left so they had no notes or anything that I could get it delivered.
Then they said that they were short on van drivers so there was a delay… then
they they said I had to pay £80 extra to get it delivered ASAP, which I said no (luckily) so they just took it off as a good will gesture.
So they finally gave me a date that my sofa would be delivered to there warehouse 29th nov (today) and that my sofa would be delivered this week.
So I’ve messaged them asking what the date would be and they’ve deleted their Facebook so messages won’t send at all.
Then I’ve searched up and apparently they’ve gone into liquidation SINCE SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!
Loads of people have been told there getting sofas, flooring, furniture and it’s not coming anymore.
I’m actually fuming. Got no sofa. I have to prove to the bank they’ve gone into liquidation and all I have is Facebook posts saying it. I’ve tried to ring and I was 1st in the que and it just ended the phone on me twice.

Fuming isn’t the word.

My pay weekly …

My pay weekly have not had the decency to let their customers know that they cannot fulfil their commitment to complete orders, and yet still continue to take payments. And get cut off after a certain length of time in a queue when trying to call. Disgusting to say the least.

Ordered and paid for laminate flooring in July, from start to finish - perfect service. Honestly couldn’t fault this company.

Ordered and paid for laminate flooring in august - a completely different service! Was booked in to have my livingroom and bedroom fitted for September. 2 days before my fitting was due, they contacted me to cancel due to stock issues. I was told this would be sorted within 3-4 weeks. This timescale passed with no communication, so I contacted them to ask for an update, I was told stock will definitely arrive on 29 November and that I would be booked back in to be fitted. I phoned today for an update, in a queue for just short of 2 hours, to be cut off when I reached position 1. Can’t contact them via Facebook, as it seems they have removed their page. Nightmare, been waiting since august, just been lied to over the past 3 months, excuses regarding stock used as delaying tactics. Obviously they had no intention of fitting my flooring, but they kept taking my payments and they now have £650 of my money. Devastated. I have contacted my bank to dispute this, but not hopeful of a positive outcome.

Disgusting

Disgusting! Been taking £10 a week off me I’ve paid over £200. They now have no Facebook page and no way of contacting them, right before Xmas when I’m a single parent. Please someone help me how I can contact the bank etc?

Shambles!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have three plans with MyPayWeekly. One has been paid off and I have received the item, although that was a drama in itself.
The two other plans, one is paid over half and the other is nearly paid half. I have been on hold to MyPayWeekly for over 5 hours today, with every call, I have been cut off. I have emailed and they are not being responded to. I then went to their Facebook page to find that no longer exists.
I have seen reviews on here and people sharing posts on Facebook and everyone is having the same issue. Payment has been taken and nothing in return. I am now out of pocket by near £700, a baby on the way and Christmas coming up, how could anyone be so heartless?!
I have gone to my bank and I will be going to Trading Standards, too. Despicable company.

Awful customer service

I have sent email upon email requesting a call back. No reply. I sat on hold for 2 hours this morning only to get to front of the queue and be cut off.

SCAM AVOID

Made a purchase in Aug all going good. Now for the last 3 weeks no communication Facebook has been removed constant calls being put down!!!! Now I'm struggling and want my money back to worst thing is your still advertising sales knowing you are taking customers money!!!!!!!! Absolutely fumming mother of 4 children so close to Christmas and now £150 down!!!!!
