Still no response

Still no reply. Contacted my bank who said I can't dispute to have money returned until my fitting date in January in case by some miracle pay weekly decide to actually respond to their customers so no flooring and £550 out of pocket

After ordering a Sofa in July and we…

After ordering a Sofa in July and we were placed on pay in 15 weeks, so after being £170 down and after numerous calls and emails that were not replied to, I have since contacted my bank with screenshots of how long I had been on hold several times and I've also sent the emails that have not been replied to and within a few days my bank has refunded all of my money

Please all that read this, contact your banks as this is the only way you will be refunded.

My Pay Weekly are a complete bunch of shysters, who need to give closure to their customers as they are reading these reviews as I've had one taken down as I named the Director (Mr Marley)!

As you are unable to answer individual emails, this tells me that you have no staff as you have laid them all off, running an actual credit check on your company has shown me how much trouble you are in, whilst I have sympathy for you on this matter, the way you handled this situation and countless others tells me why you are in this position and used the pay 15 weeks as a way of gaining short term cash leaving hundreds of customers rupped off!!

Absolutely disgusted in this *company *. Ordered a stair carpet in August, got told it would be fitted in October. Been trying to call them, message them on fb messenger and emailed them and getting ignored at every turn . Have paid £240, I am disabled and housebound and cant afford to lose this money but looks like I have 😭😭

Paid £600 over 12 months, not heard anything. They are uncontactable. Disgrace of a company taking peoples money off them and not giving the goods. I Went through Halifax bank been waiting 2 weeks now for a refund. Does anyone know how long this usually takes?… thanks

Go through your bank.

Go through your bank I was just under 700 pounds within contacting my bank and giving all info as paid through my visa debit card I was refunded as I received no goods for the service I was paying for.maybe a message on your page would have saved all the negative feedback. My goods were paid for it was carpet and lino ordered most had been paid for and no answer on your phones didn't help. I had no problem in the past with yous but to be left with no communication for weeks what choice did I have.

If I could give no stars I would, I had previously purchased carpets and roller blinds from this company. So I thought they were reputable. I Had no problems so I got into another contract with my pay weekly this time for a corner sofa. I've had no correspondence from the company since may. I tried the local representatives phone number I got no where, I found an email from a colleague, no answer. I have tried to contact a couple times now through email. No answer. It seems the Facebook page they once had has disappeared as well.

Not even worth the one star!

Not even worth the one star!! Was told in October after paying over £400 my sofa would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Iv not heard nothing and have now been blocked on fb, no response to emails and if you try to phone you get cut off after 2 hours in the que. Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I’ve been paying for a sofa that I’m not going to receive I’ve rang Halifax bank today to claim my money back only to be told by them that this company HAS gone into LIQUIDATION and that they are sending everyone letters about refunds in the next two weeks. Therefore if I’ve not received a letter by then I can call bank back and see what can be done. It’s disgusting how we’ve been treated and now Christmas is ruined disabled and no sofa 😭

Paid over £800 towards my sofa

Paid over £800 towards my sofa. Paid of the pre-balance 29th September. By the 18th October still hadn't heard anything about delivery. Emailed and was told that the delivery would be between 2-4 weeks. Time goes on with several emails back and forth and not getting anywhere. Tried several times to get through to an agent to be hung up on. The automated call states to chat to a staff member on the live chat on Facebook but they have deleted their full Facebook account. Was then told someone would be in contact 29th/30th October to arrange delivery for the 1st week in December. Again several emails every day and still had no response. Put in 2 complaints and they’ve not been responded to either. Now having to go through my bank and get a refund that way as they’re clearly ignoring all customers. Wish I was made aware of this company sooner! Disgusting

I have tried to call several times

I have tried to call several times, waiting in long queues. This morning was nearly 2 hours to be hung up on as soon as I'm next in line. I got an email to say I'd hear from them between the 29th/30th of November and I still haven't heard anything. I have emailed several times since and not heard anything back. I have payed them £570 towards my couch.

02/12/2021 just an update. I tried to message them on Facebook and my messages wouldn't go through, got my son to Send them a message and it went through so I have clearly been blocked which I find disgusting.

I'm not sure whats going on but we ordered blinds in June payed £510 so far we owe £188 but they have stopped taking payments last week also when I didn't get a fitting date I messaged them to be told I should have a fitting date 4-6 weeks later later that came and went and I messaged again and was told because of delivery problems a shipment would arrive 29th/30th Nov and I would be allocated a fitting the following week iv not heard from them always me first to contact has I wouldn't even know this but to find out lots of other people have been let down with orders or told the same thing also they have gone into liquidisation is this correct

Avoid!!!!!!

Like most here, I’m another customer that appears to have been scammed. I made one purchase with My Pay Weekly and all went well. Then in June, I ordered the remaining carpet for our home. I was given a fitting date which never happened due to “no fitter available.” When I chased again, we started getting the “hgv driver” shortage response and the promise of going on a magic spreadsheet as a priority. Still nothing. Then promised stock was coming end of November. Still nothing.

For those concerned, I’m curious as to whether or not the company is still trading as payments have stopped leaving my bank this week. Regardless, my bank has been notified of the dispute over goods not received and all payments will now cease to this company just in case. Go to your back and notify them of the issue.

If they are still trading, I’m curious how long it will be before they call when my payment doesn't go out. If you want the rest of your money, give me what I have paid for.

Edit 02/12/2021 - My Pay Weekly just asked for more information. I will update if there is any further communication. Until then, my bank has blocked all further payments.

Wish I could give it 0 stars worst company ever don't answer phone although I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago they said that my sofa will be delievered in 4 weeks 4 weeks has come tried calling and I was just in line number 17 and wasn't going down absolute scum taking people's money and not answering luckily Halifax is refunding the money
