I was quite dissatisfied with the overall booking process and the lack of clarity regarding the baggage policy. However, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Hrytsan Nataliia. She was very helpful and managed to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. While my experience with the company itself was disappointing, her professional assistance was very much appreciated!

Scam company with draconian refund policy. Refused to refund. Reported them to card companies and authorities. Avoid at all cost!

I had a very disappointing experience with MyTickets, and this will be the last time I book through them.
I booked a round trip to Bucharest through MyTickets. The outbound flight was with Wizz Air, and the return flight was with HiSky.
1. Infant charged as a full-paying adult
I was traveling with a 4-month-old infant, yet I was charged almost €300 for the infant’s ticket, essentially the same as an adult fare.
When I contacted MyTickets by email to clarify this, they told me to contact the airline directly and claimed they had no information regarding the ticket conditions, even though they were the company that sold and booked the tickets.
After contacting the airline, I was informed that the infant fee for both directions should have been only €37 in total. However, because the booking had been made through a third-party agency (MyTickets), the airline could not assist me further.
When I relayed this information back to MyTickets, they avoided taking responsibility and did not provide any satisfactory explanation or solution.
2. Flight cancellation was never communicated
The most serious issue occurred with my return flight. About 15 hours before departure, I logged in to complete online check-in and discovered by chance that the flight had been canceled.
I immediately contacted MyTickets. Their only options were either to accept an alternative flight one week later or request a refund.
The problem is that I was never notified about the cancellation. Neither MyTickets nor the airline sent me any notification. As the booking agency, MyTickets should have informed me as soon as they became aware of the cancellation.
Had I not logged in to perform online check-in, I would have arrived at the airport only to discover there that my flight had been canceled.
Summary
Poor customer service, lack of responsibility, and failure to notify customers about critical flight changes. I paid almost €300 for an infant ticket that the airline later stated should have cost only €37 for both directions, and I was never informed that my return flight had been canceled.
I cannot recommend MyTickets and will never use their services again.

She responded quickly, provided clear information, and helped me with my check-in until everything was resolved. I really appreciate her support and dedication. The ticket I received contained two major inaccuracies — the operating airline listed was wrong, and the baggage allowance showed none included when in fact the ticket came with 15kg of checked luggage. Both errors I discovered only by contacting the actual airline myself.
On top of that, when I needed help correcting a one-letter typo in a passenger's name, the agency was unable to assist and simply told me to handle it at the airport.
A travel agency should provide accurate, reliable information. I had to do all the legwork myself while traveling abroad with limited connectivity.
Polite staff, but the core service failed when it mattered most.

i bought 4 flights from them, when they say you havethe ticket they mean they are trying to buy it. if they fail you will not have a ticket.
