I bought a pair of sandles been wearing them for about a week now,So comfortable,quick delivery I suffer alot of pain in my feet but not with these Sandles im impressed and would highly recommend 5 stars ⭐️All the way for this company! Thankyou 🙂

I recently ordered a pair of women’s trainers, and I’ve been really impressed from start to finish. The original size I chose turned out to be a little too small, but the customer service team were brilliant — they sent me the next size up completely free of charge, which was such a pleasant surprise and made the whole experience feel effortless.

The trainers themselves seem to be great quality. They feel sturdy without being heavy, and the materials look like they’ll hold up well with regular wear. They’re also very stylish — easy to pair with everyday outfits — and most importantly, they’re really comfortable once you get the right size.

Ordered some trainers, when they finally arrived after approx 10 days, the quality as terrible and the fit poor. I contacted them to arrange a return but I have had the run around, wanting photos etc after 3 days of communications I still have not had the details to arrange a return.

Shortly after this posting, I received the details and after posting the goods back at my cost ( I knew this already) and sending them the tracking number the refund was issued quickly. Is a shame I had to post this review to get a response.

Ordered some walking shoes from Nalovira. They arrived within a week, packaged well even with a shoe bag. The shoes fit perfectly, size 6.5, and are so comfortable. They are good quality and waterproof. I am so pleased with them that I will be ordering another pair. Would recommend the shoes and Nalovira.

I ordered a size 39 which was too large and instead of asking me to turn them, Nalovira sent me a size 38 without charge. I received my barefoot shoes today and they are wonderful. Wow! Customer service was outstanding and thank you so much.

Not orthopaedic at all poor quality you would find on a local market stall
Returns are payable and they come from CHINA!
Delivery takes weeks and I would assume it’s a scam website

Quality of sandals looked good but customer service is dreadful I just wanted to return them as they didn’t suit my feet. Emails not answered no phone number. Then I got part refund and told keep the sandals. I didn’t want this but I accepted so as I could get rid of this company. Never again will I buy from them.

I ordered a pair of lovely gold sandals, I was a very disappointed that they didn't fit. It was because after breaking my left foot, I have trouble getting, sandals, shoes, boots to fit me properley. I contacted the company who offered to exchange or refund and I opted for a refund , with no problem at all, I recieved a full refund and an apology. Customer service was excellent and very understanding. Highly recommended and will use them again

Excellent customer service for exchanges and always got updates on orders. And my trousers feel good quality will use again.
