Farai - YouFibre Instillation
Farai was very polite, knowledgeable and professional when completing the installation of our new YouFibre Wifi. I would highly recommend Farai, he was also very considerate of our home by placing shoe covers on his shoes before entering, and was very respectful of informing me before he made any loud noises. Farai was very confident in his role, including climbing the telegraph pole with ease and drilling through the wall perfectly with no mess. I have no complaints and wish him the very best with his future installations. Thank you Farai :)

The engineer Kyle Johnson came on time
The engineer Kyle Johnson came on time. He was very polite and professional. Listen to my concerns about rooting the fibre cable to my property. He insure the installation was neat and conceal from the front door to the original place were we kept the Sky router under the stairs. Kyle further check the internet service was at full connection speed and clean any debris before he left.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I recieved and will highly reccommend Youfibre to family and friends.
