Excellent installation
The engineer Tom R texted me night before installation to tell me what time he would arrive which was very useful. Arrived on time, gave info/advice on where to put the full fibre connection to the house and place the box & router in the house. Very polite, efficient and cleaned up after it was done and replaced furniture back in position. Very impressed with the service well done brsk and Tom R 👏👏👍👍👌

Really pleased with the installation experience. Tom R was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the setup was completed to a high standard. The whole process was smooth and stress free thanks to Tom R’s excellent attitude and attention to detail. Great service overall and a credit to BRSK.

Experience with BRSK.
Sales guy I dealt with on the phone to arrange the contract etc Joel was great and went extra mile. STEVIE G the fitter who installed the broadband was excellent.Kept us updated with estimated times of arrival and arrived early in the bitter cold.He was timely, explained everything clearly and cleaned up after the work and left everything tidy. Deserved a cup of coffee and biscuits. Well done STEVIE G!!

Fantastic Fibre Broadband installation.
Stevie G installed my fibre broadband and did a fantastic job with his colleague Callum. Really nice guys and respectful of my home. Explained everything as to where they would place the equipment and wiring. Explained how to use the modem and wrote down the passwords. Very efficient and respectful. Great job, thank you very much.
