Great experience. Booked the appointment to suit me through customer services. Kept me fully up to date with arrival time and also provided tracking of their vehicle. Professional courteous and friendly staff. Ensured I understood when I could use my vehicle and how to treat the new windscreen, driving, washing etc. Great service, highly recommend this company.

Really quick repair time, and handled with care. Heated screen and rain sensitive replacement and the guys were super friendly. Will come back here for future repairs.

Great service from Gary and the team at the Liverpool centre. My car was in for a new windscreen. Gary contacted me as soon as my car was booked in, to confirm that that new screen was on order, and arranged to call again to confirm delivery before the day of the booking. This all ensured that I was fully informed and avoided any unnecessary journeys. Gary then let me know as soon as the work was completed, so that I could collect the car. The work was done to an excellent standard, and I was fully advised about screen care, to allow adhesives etc to cure. I would thoroughly recommend Gary and the Liverpool team to everyone.

This review is only 5 star due to the way I was looked after and the service provided. Not for the process causing me to travel an hour for a windscreen replacement when the chip could have been fixed on my drive!
