The guys were great.
The guys were great and worked quite quickly.
The booking process needs looking at, as it was asking me to pay for someone else's vehicle.
There needs to be a coffee/tea machine in the waiting room.

Windscreen replacement
The technician managed to replace my windscreen but could not complete the calibration of the camera which provides safety features which means I have to take it to an MG dealer, but this is more due to alliance insurance than the technicians

Efficient service, friendly staff team
The service was efficient, the staff team friendly keeping me fully informed regarding the progress of my booking, thank you, my experience was only marred by the brute in the tight car park next to me who protested he wouldn't be able to get out of his massive faux 4x4 SUV because I'd parked next to him, well within my space on both sides, though I pointed out to him he was over my white line and could easily move his vehicle over to the left. Turned out he could get out with ease, grumpy git. So yeh, thanks National, great service with a smile, though I hope not to have to change my windscreen too often.

Smooth transaction
After booking the vehicle in everything went easily , dropping off the vehicle was met by a fitter who was very pleasant and handed the vehicle over , you are told how long the vehicle would be needed for and in return a fitter handed it back , overall can't say anything negative , everybody I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful

Excellent service
On arrival the technician told me that it would be done in 2 hours so went back just after the 2 hours to see it sat outside all done and ready to go. He also advised not to wash it for 48 hours and that there is lifetime guarantee on it so any leeks that appear to return it to them and they will sort it

Staff was good window screen is good
Staff was good window screen is good ! Only thing they didn’t do was my wiper blades as they didn’t have the ones for my car ! Only thing that I think is I had a dash cam which they don’t put back on the screen?
