Efficient service. Was told the job would take 90 minutes and an hour and a half later the job was done. Polite and pleasant technician.

Windscreen was replaced due to a crack in it. The man came to my work place, did a thorough and fantastic job. He gave the car an inspection before and after the screen was replaced. cleaned and tidied up everything and asked if there was anything else I needed to know. A very quick and efficient service from a polite and friendly man.

1st booking cancelled due to "the screen arrived damaged" ( having read other reviews this seems to be a common issue, suggesting perhaps it's an excuse for cancelling the job due to lack of staff rather than a broken glass ).
On the day of fitting the guy arrived and refused to work in the large indoor area provided, and also refused to work on the car outside due to the weather ! What an absolute joker !
He then rang his boss and told him that he had refused to do the job as I had been rude and offensive to him, which I had not been ( I suggested to him that he was behaving like a knob for refusing to work in the indoor area I had provided for him ).
Late the same day another fitter arrived and completed the job in the workspace provided with no issues at all.
A farce from start to finish, had it not been for the fact they were appointed by my insurace company I would not have used them, nor would I recommend them.

On time and welcoming

Rear view mirror fell off after 2-3 weeks following windscreen replacement. National windscreen reattached mirror. Hanging off again now after 2 days. Brilliant!

dropped off and picked within the time schedule, the disappointing part was the greasy dirty screen fitted both on the inside and outside, it took me 4 attempts to clean the outside before I could remove the suction and grease smears.

Despite the delay in getting the windscreen the work was completed satisfactorily

The vehicle was not calibrated properly and the technician who was supposed to attend the the next day didn't arrive. When someone did come out to it they said they couldn't fix the problem so it had to be taken back. However, the next appointment was cancelled due to a software issue and a further appointment had to be made causing loss of income. Also, the radio now doesn't work properly so will have to buy a new aerial. I was told that it wasn't their responsibility but as it worked when we took it in and now it doesn't we fail to see how it can't be. Generally poor.

Very good experience, I booked the appointment to replace the rear windscreen of my car and within 3 days everything was sorted. Reliable service, easy to contact and prompt response from the customer service representative. I recommend it.

3 last minute cancellations for various reasons, screen came broken twice allegedly. 4th time lucky, got it done.. collected car, bonnet covered in broken glass and mud, footwells and centre console shards of glass present.
Just unfortunate that's where the insurer told us to go...
