Hi Native😀

I've been using your product for over a month now and it's been working fab until I noticed a rash under both my armpits. I stop using the product for 2 days to see if the rash ease,but it hasn't and I have really bad BO which I'd didnt have before. I would really appreciate some advice please.

Mediocre product and terrible service.
My order took over a month to deliver. Tried the product for a few weeks and it doesn't work very well. I basically get nasty B.O. after a few hours and I am not even sweating and typically not a stinky person. So I emailed the company asking for a refund according to their 30 day return policy. They told me it was past the return window and they couldn't help me. But I had the product for less than 30 days (unless they are counting the 30+ days it took to deliver? The product is also 3 times the price of most deoderant on the market - definitely not worth it.

Funny the reviews on their website give them nearly 5 stars average but on other sites it's much lower. You also can't filter the reviews on their website to see just the 1 or 2 star reviews. There's no phone customer service and the email customer service is like talking to a bot. It's very strange. They hugely miscalculated naming their company Native even though it has no indigenous affiliation. My other biggest complaint is that they've recently changed the way they scent the deordorants, and are denying it. Before it was purely with essential oils etc clearly listed on the ingredient list. But now there is a "fragrance" ingredient on the list and the once natural smelling deordorant now smells like cheap perfume. Exactly not what I'm looking for in a natural deordorant. I'm told the only ones now that don't include "fragrance" are the unscented and lavender & rose. Anyway, I'm desperate for a natural deordorant that works, which is why I'm bothering so much with them. The deordorant does work (aside from the sensitive) for me, just wish dealing with them was easier.

Saw an ad on a YouTube video that apparently wasn’t sponsored but the lady sweared but it as she has had a life time struggle of sweating and this deodorant she only need to apply once a day and never sweated or smelt.
Nooooooo it took months to get to me and I’ll put it on in the morning or after a shower at night and not even an hour later I’m so sweaty and smell and I’m a stay at home mum so not even very active, plus it’s winter.
I watched other reviews which they all said the same but it doesn’t work.
Giving it 2 stars instead of one because I liked the packaging and the product smells nice and I liked that it was natural ingredients but I would not recommended it to anyone nor buy again.

I honestly can't believe how many people are complaining about shipping times. Do you guys watch the news? It's called a global pandemic. Come on! Companies around the world are doing the best the can to keep up with demand in an ever-changing situation. Across. The. World. Let's show a little understanding at a time like this. ❤️

Also, IF you are switching to a natural deodorant for the first time, there most likely WILL be a transition time. Meaning, you most likely won't get instant results. It's not Native's fault, it's science. If you don't know about that, Google it. Deodorant detox, switching to natural deodorant, etc. You'll find lots of helpful info! It's very important to know about this, and yet so many reviews are negative towards this company due to their own personal lack of knowledge.

Now to the most important part:

I am honestly and completely in love with Native deodorant. After years and years of ongoing health issues, I was desperate to make the switch to natural deodorant. I can't begin to say how much money I wasted on not-so-good alternatives. I was hesitant to spend the extra money on Native, so I tried a little sample size of Lavender and Rose, and quickly fell in love.

In my case, I had already started the awkward transition from "conventional" deodorants to a natural alternative, so it didn't take long for me to realize that Native is the real deal. Give it time and you will see results! If you're struggling with the transition, try carrying some deodorant wipes and/or deodorant spray in your bag or purse. I personally love Pacifica rose deodorant spray (it compliments the Native Lavender and Rose scent well), and also the wipes from the same brand are excellent. Hopefully Native will come out with some of their own versions of these two types of products in the near future, because in my opinion, they're must haves during the transition.

My advice is to be cautious if ordering from Amazon. I didn't believe the reviews at first, but after ordering Native deodorant from their website for the first time, I am now curious about some differences in the packaging and ingredients.

There is some suspicion of "fake" versions being sold there (based on some of the reviews I read), and I've contacted Native directly to investigate. I'll report back with solid answers. I highly recommend purchasing from them directly from their website or from Target (or target.com). This is the only deodorant I will ever use again. It's fantastic!

I decided to keep my deodorant because it actually did work until it didn’t after using it over a month. So I tried to return and they only accept returns before thirty days.

Wow, just wow. From the moment I saw the adverts I was mesmerised by the scent options. Then I was stunned that the shipping to UK was free!

I waited only 1 week for the parcel, I was prepared to wait longer anyway, the email updates are totally informative and so caring! I loved the little stories in the updates so entertaining.

Then I opened them and wow, they smelt amazing. Good enough to eat! I recommend you don't eat it though 😂

Unlike others I didn't incur a shipping fee at all, so the total for 3 full sized deodorants + one travel sized was a little under £27, complete bargain in my opinion for a product I've now tried and know lasts all day and makes my armpits smell good enough to eat 😂

You've got yourself a lifelong customer Native, and I've converted a few ladies to try them out too. Good job guys !

I have tried several different ones. For some reason I find certain scents match my body chemistry better then others. I found some made me stink while others offered better protection. The sensitive kind works amazingly well.

very very very bad. I bought the product from amazon. later and my family and relatives wanted this product. I ordered 100 pieces but they canceled the order. They accused me of unjustly. They said I bought the product to sell, but they did not prove. I did not buy the product to sell and I am not a seller !!!!!!!

My order was placed and paid for on 25 April 2020. It still hasn’t arrived, after nearly two months! Will I ever receive it??...

I purchased native a month back and it's been exceptional ever since. It came after about a week. Great if you're looking for something vegan and animal friendly for a great price. They're very good value for money and still have alot to go off my £10 one.
They're so nice to use over a spray, it feels so natural and smooth.

Highly recommend!

I’ve never had a problem with BO Using spray deodorants and decided to try this product to cut out chemicals but after using it I’ve now started getting really bad BO everyday when working. Will not be purchasing again

Have just found this company has been taking payments of ~ $50 from my credit card 3 times this year when I haven’t places an order since November!!

I love this company! After 40-years of trial-and-error with deodorants that didn’t work for me - including Rx deodorant that chemically burned by pits pretty badly - I happened upon Native deodorant on Facebook two years ago. I really works! I have since graduated to using their body wash and toothpaste. I have given their products as gifts. They are a super-easy company to work with. I messaged about a discontinued scent, and they gave me a link to order from leftover inventory. This is an amazing company for customer service! Native is awesome!

Really quick response and dealt brilliantly with my unexpected customs fees!

Initially unsure noting overseas delivery and this was further confirmed when the post office withheld my parcel asking for £12 custom and delivery charge. My frustrations were submitted direct to Native who responded immediately and acknowledged the issue and deposited a refund. Whilst I would expect this level of customer service they did So with no qualms which I feel was impressive. When my delivery finally came a day later I was and remain very impressed with the products. Great smell which lasts all day and really minimises sweat levels. I probably wouldn’t order bulk again but will definitely purchase each stick singularly.

I ordered my products first time to germany and this is my experience.

The delivery time was not four weeks than expected it was just 11 days..so way faster than expected.
The company, btw, didn't made false promises in terms of that so i don't know if those made complains are valid.

All the products i ordered smell beautiful and the flouride free tooth paste taste good.

My hubby and i, also that we are no vegans, are happy and order soon again!

I agree with the person below, stay away from this company. I ordered something over 4 weeks ago still not arrived. Worst customer service in the world, i just keep getting told to wait.

Love the smell and the feel of the deodorant but the natural oils in it leave marks on my clothes, had a freak out at school because it looked like sweat marks.

If you are from the UK don’t bother ordering this product. They make it look really good saying they ship to us but really there’s a big service charge once it gets to your area! I’m frustrated because it’s not even mentioned. With the service charge on top of what you’ve paid for the item it turns out to be very expensive. My advice don’t even bother with this company.
