Your company is dishonest. You do not honour your advertised price. I was charged full price instead of the advertised price. You also placed two additional orders in my name and used my credit card details which I did not give my permission for. This matter has been reported to my bank for their investigation. I was also told I would have to pay return postage for goods I did not order. Most unfair. I will never deal with your company again.

Please be advised, that I ordered 2 Foot massagers. One of them is not working. I sent message to Naxir, but no respond.. I asked for replacement or my money back for 1 massager. Dis not received answers.

Ordered a foot massager and the strap provided does not reach around my foot. I could not use the massager and their return policy would require me to pay almost as much for return from Canada as the product is worth, Do not order if you are in North America or if you have a wide foot.

The first cane I ordered had something wrong with the light and torch. Upon learning this, Naxir sent me a new replacement cane which does not have gthe same problem.

First, the product is so well designed and crafted. It works well, looks good, and is intuitive to use. A+ for designing a product that is so immediately useful and durable. I didn't feel that this helped my neuropathy and wanted to return it. The 60 day return, no hassle refund guarantee sounded great and free shipping. I live in the USA. I presumed these would be returnable to a USA address.
First of all, the fact that these come from China was hidden. I wouldn't have ordered had I known that.
Most important is that their 60 day money back guarantee sounds great. However, nowhere does the ad mention that the device needs to be returned to the UK. Shipping to the UK from US is almost what I paid for the device...so essentially not worth returning.
I believe it was "false adverting" to market to US customers with a money back guarantee, but not mention that customer would need to pay for returning to a UK address.

I believe my neuropathy is improving

I ordered two foot massagers and one for my leg. It took longer than expected to receive them, and they are not that well made, but I tried using them every day for weeks as the heat and vibration did feel kind of good. There has been no real improvement. I also tried consulting Naxir due to the devices not holding a charge, and here was the response: “Please charge the devices for a straight 3.5 hours. The charge will last for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the settings.” Ridiculous! When I asked for a refund, they said I have to pay return shipping to the UK. The cheapest shipping method would cost me $130 to return a $160 order. Now I don’t even trust that my money would be refunded. I learned a hard lesson with this company.

I bought both the foot and leg massagers for my admittedly severe neuropathy. I’ve been using them for a few weeks and haven’t felt any difference. The leg massagers are pretty roughly made and not sure what size or type of legs they’re designed for. Both don’t hold their charge for very long, continually charging.

BUT I do need advice when the light goes out!!! This is the best feature of the stick as far as I’m concerned. I have changed the batteries for sure on both my sticks but this hasn’t given me any joy on either of them.

I bought these vibrating foot massagers for foot neuropathy. I was skeptical, but decided to give them a try. THEY REALLY WORK!!! My foot neuropathy in a period of only 2 weeks, has really improved. These devices have done what everything else I've tried couldn't do. They are excellent
