I received the Cane in an appropriate…
I received the Cane in an appropriate time frame, undamaged. However, after adjusting to the shortest height, it was still too tall for my 5'2" frame. I contacted the Company via email and was given the instructions how to return. The problem; Shipping charges was well over $100.00 USD which was more than what I paid for the Cane. Nixar does not reimburse for shipping.

The communication on receipt of order, shipment etc was good.
My purchase arrived damaged in a battered box. It cane was in pieces with no instructions on how to assemble it. It was impossible to assemble. The light did not work when batteries inserted.
I’m waiting a response from support.
No return label and no details of how to return.
The cane is available on other sites at a far cheaper price.
Very disappointing.
