The light on the cane is a problem. When I got the cane, we installed the battery for the light. The light kept popping out and it was impossible to keep it in & the cover would not stay. I had to tape it to secure it & it looked tacky &junky - so I complained & your customer service immediately sent a new cane. I have now chosen not to use the light at all, though the cover still pops out from time to time - super annoying, but i’ve learned to live with it. And I’ve been able to put the cover back each time, so far not necessary to tape it to keep it secure - Thankfully. The pulldown handle on the cane works beautifully. It has been extremely helpful. I am glad to have it! Just wish the light didn’t exist, since it’s a worry about falling out & hoping I won’t need to tape it.

The walking stick put my body back into alignment. The helpfulness of the side handle to get up out of a chair or off the toilet is invaluable, so is the torch. I like that you can fold up the stick with ease when travelling in a car. It is a sturdy cane and the wide foot very supportive.

I have suffered serious pain in my left foot for two years. I have tried the many advertised neuropathy nerve pain relievers. None have helped.
After only 4 days using your foot device for 30 mins each day the pain completely went away. Thank you so much for this miracle 🥰

Company addressed my problem and immediately fixed it to my satisfaction

After months of emails back and forth and personal emails with your representative, the defected cane has properly replaced. It took videos of showing the light and alarm did not work. The replacement light and alarm button work. The bar or getting up doesn't work in my particular case as I need assistance from bottom up. Could be a better way of doing this. Thanks

BEWARE!!! Terrible cane. Not only is not adjustable to fit my 5'1.5 height but it does not stand on it's own consistently. Worst of all the base falls off constantly while I'm walking with it. It can't be tightened to keep it from falling off. IMO it's just a big waste of money, comes from China so it's junky for sure. I'm sending it to the Good Will next time I drop donations off there.

This was my first time to order. As soon as I placed the order, I got a fraud alert from my credit union. The order was denied and did not show up on my account. I later learned from reading more reviews that orders are coming from China and packaging and items are damaged, You can get what Naxir is advertising for the cane from Amazon and other places in better condition and at a better price.

I would give their cane and this company a 1/2 star if that was available. First of all, it ships from China so it takes over a month to arrive. Would not have ordered if I was aware of that to begin with. When it does arrive you find it's flimsy and cheap. Try to return it and they want you to ship it back to England. So you spend $70 for this cane and spend $50 to ship it back. Do not waste your money!!!

I’m 5ft 1 and when the cane arrived, it cannot be shortened to where it needs to be. I immediately sent a n email to the company inquiring where to return the cane and that I requested a full refund. The reply was that “I should find a knowledgeable person “that might know how to cut it, to shorten the cane!” After spending $70. For the cane, I now need to hire someone to cut it? That is insane! My new, unused cane will be donated to the Goodwill. Hopefully someone taller can use it!

Thank you for your quick response. After ordering a cane for my husband, I placed an order for a 2nd cane. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit. I followed your online instructions for reporting damage (proper documentation).
The replacement cane arrived this afternoon via USPS. Again, the box was heavily damaged. BUT...the cane is fine!! Thank you!

Ordered the cane for my wife who has major mobility problems, especially when rising from a sitting position.
The ad quoted 69$ which I paid with a credit card. That same day, someone told me to check the item on Amazon.ca. Well, the price for the EXACT same cane was 45$CAD. When I e-mailed NAXIR to cancel the order, I was told it was too late, the order was shipped and I should return it after receipt. Then, I find out that the 69$ they charged me was in US$, 96$CAD. And they do NOT cover return costs. We had a postal strike, so I was never able to return the item, which would have cost 36$. I complained to them, so they gave me a refund 0f 25% of the original price. Paid over 70$ for an item worth half that price. They buy their goods from Chinese companies and resell them at 300% mark-ups. Before buying ANY item from Naxir, just check the price with Amazon; better yet check with TEMU.com; they sell the SAME cane for 25$CAD.

I bought a standing cane for $70, much more expensive than the average standing cane. The adjustment mechanism does not work. We pushed the button in and tried to slide the cane to adjust it and it would not budge. After banging it on the floor for over 30 minutes, we finally got the button to pop back out, but we were unable to adjust the height of the cane. We also figured out that the lowest setting for the cane was too high for someone of my short stature. I have repeatedly emailed customer service to return the cane. They repeatedly refused to send me a prepaid return label, even though the cane does not function as advertised. Now they are requesting I send a video to show the adjustment issue, which I already explained to the representative in several emails. The cane has already been boxed up for return, and I'm afraid that if I unbox it and try to video the adjustment issue, it will get stuck and I will be unable to get it back in the box. I am very unhappy with the quality of the cane itself, and even moreso with the lack of good customer service. A customer should not have to pay the cost of returning a faulty product. I purchased a cane at Walmart for much less money, and it is of much better quality. If I could rate this product and customer service at less than one star, I most certainly would. The cane is junk, and the company clearly is more concerned about making money than providing good customer service. I am very disappointed in this entire experience, and I would not recommend the cane or this company to my worst enemy.

I returned the cane expecting a full refund as it was too big for me (only 4 ft 11 in). Unfortunately I lost my proof of postage so Naxir refuse to give me a refund, even though I included a letter with all my details inside the package (also sellotaped to the box).
Very unhappy with the poor customer support.

I have appreciated the service and the follow-up when things didn't go right. I appreciate that everyone does make mistakes! My latest order was messed up at it's point of despatch (China). Instead of what I ordered, two 2 RejuvaSeat Cushions, I received 1 StandSecure cane. Rachelle was very courteous and quick to make the order right. I also appreciate action people who 'make things right'. They are hopefully on their way to me. Thank you.

Love this cushion. I have MS nerve pain in my buttocks. I haven’t been able to sit for more than 30 minutes to an hour. With this cushion I can sit through hours of meetings and movies. I actually bought a second cushion that I take with me in my walker for incidental things. I recommend it highly!
