5 free per 100 plug trays!
We appreciate the fact when we bought 100 rooted plugs trays and we received trays with 105. Yes I think we lost 2 total out of the 300 ordered but we received a total of 315 when only ordered 300.
We have since received 500 more rooted plug trays and all look great! And the 2 day shipping is great!
Also love the website ordering set up! The fact you can view earliest date available for trays and the quantities available per available ship date is amazing! Great job there! It takes the guess work out of how many will be available on a certain date. Also the pre order and showing date available on pre order is great.
Trays come shipped snuggly in a box so there has been no issues of plugs coming out of trays! Can’t say enough good things about this company. So far so good. We will be planting these in the spring and looks like they should do great once in the ground.

Plants were packaged well and the box marked this side up. Unfortunately the UPS driver came in twirling the box around. Needless to say I spent the next 3 hrs putting Strawberry plugs back in their trays

After using them for over 4 years now
After using them for over 4 years now, Call this our mistake but every single year the plugs are labeled incorrectly, worng color of mums, and the packaging, the worst compared to every other Co we have used. Expect a 25%if not more loss in damages every year if not more . This year was the worst ever the mums didn't grow , colors didn't. Match and lost 3 trays due to poor packageing and took months to get a refund on that alone we lost 100s this year cause they're mums are bad stock, plugs and the colors we ordered we didn't even get and to find out after the fact when they start blooming the incorrect colors is devastating.. we will never order, or promote them in any way ever again.

It looks like you filed a preliminary claim with us on May 19 for shipping damage. When we received the final loss count, the losses that were reported was one tray out of ten. That credit was issued the same day as the final losses were reported (June 17.) There are no other notes in our system about more losses or plants not growing well.
For the varieties blooming out the wrong color, that is likely a problem with the farm that the cuttings came from. All mum liner suppliers are buying in the cuttings from the same farms and rely on them keeping the cuttings tagged correctly. When the cuttings come to us we are 100% relying on the tags on their bags. While it is possible for someone here to make a mistake and tag the tray with the wrong color, it is more likely this mistake happened before the cuttings ever got to us.
Can you please contact our office and let us know which ones bloomed out the wrong color?
Ordering is Great but Shipping not so much
I think the ordering and the shipping process is super easy and quick! The only downfall I have is the way they are packaged and sent to me... They are always just thrown in there and I am not talking about normal wear and tear from the boxes being shifted or moved around.

Original delivery was damaged beyond use for most of the trays. Replacement delivery was a little better but still tossed around and tangled with some damage.

Fast Delivery and Well Packaged
My plants came quickly and were well packaged. Could not see any damage related to handling. I usually expect shipped plants to arrive dried out and wilted, but these plants were still mostly hydrated.
