Awesome speedy service
Well, what an amazing service these guys delivered last week…
Going into a busy day/ weekend In our pub and our glass-washer just decided it didn’t fancy it. Nelson’s Engineer Mark showed up after an hour after callout and determined it needed a new motor and said they may have them in stock but he didn’t want to get my hopes up. After speaking to Natalie on the phone she managed to wangle an engineer to go and pick up a motor then drive back to the pub and install it. 2 hours later Mark rocks up and fitted it, working glass-washer…Bosh.
What a team!

Great products & great chemicals
Been in the trade since 2008 and always had Nelson machines. Purchased a few reconditioned unit first for 2 premises then purchased a brand new machine some years ago now. Works perfectly as I always use their products to clean machine and wash/resolve glasses when required.
