Two weeks after using found all plants…
Two weeks after using found all plants badly damaged by slugs and late one night found 23 slugs in the veg patch. Gone back to slugs pellets.

I needed to change my nemetode subscription delivery date - Samantha replied within hours, and on a Saturday, easily deffering my delivery so that I'd be at home to recieve them.

Always had excellent service from this company, and just placed another order, have also had email and voice support from them.
Only negative point they seem to have stopped using Paypal which is a disappointment.

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry that you are disappointed that we don't accept PayPal anymore.
In the past we used to get the PayPal Merchant Rate which was around 1.9% + 20p, but around 18 months ago they hiked their fees up to 2.9% + 30p, so we took the decision to remove PayPal and focus on Card payments / Apple Pay / Google Pay via Stripe, who have much lower fees 0.85% + 10p.
As an example a £20.99 order costs us just £0.28 for us to process the payment with Stripe vs £0.91 if we accepted payment by PayPal.
I hope by sharing this you can see why we decided to remove PayPal.

Worthwhile the effort.
This is the third year I have used the Nematodes for slug control and have been pleased with the results. One problem is with even a large holed rose iidoes clog the holes. This year my husband drilled the holes a little bigger and all went smoothly.

You are very efficient with your orders. They arrive in just a few days. I used Nemaslug all last year every 6 weeks, but I feel there is no difference in my number of slugs!

This will be my 5th year of using this product; slugs and snails drastically reduced (of course good garden hygene helps), but they are no longer eating my young and emerging plants. Excellent cost/benefit ratio.

My item that is meant to remain under…
My item that is meant to remain under certain temp was shipped without any coolant packs keeping it temperature low and when delivered on a warmish day left outside as it not possible to put through a letter box and nothing saying keep in cool place on outside of parcel.

Your nematodes will be absolutely fine if left on the door mat all day, they just need putting in the fridge ideally the same evening. As we are also in the Winter months please rest assured your products will be completely viable and do not need to be sent in a coolant packs.
