Nestaway Avis 

I have issue while my move in and my area property manager helped me to clear the issues

My friend referred me into the nestaway and the property was very good especially the service

I have recently moved into nestaway property and there is no move in issues from nestaway

Nestaway is a very good to stay and I am referring to my friends to join nestaway

I have taken 2bhk property in the nestaway and it was nice place to stay.I will suggest the nestaway to my friend also.

I want to vacate from the property and property manager helped me to guide the move out process

You guys are scammers. Specially the banglore location.
No one should rent house from them.
These people literally gulp down all of deposit . They really know how scam people. I highly recommend not rent house from them. If you really do not want to suffer please refrain yourself

Nestaway is a better company to stay with the family and their service is very good. I can refer to my friends to move in to the nestaway property.

I was the owner who had given my house for rent thro nestaway for 8 yrs. And while they handedover to me. Thy dint even bothered to give my house in the condition i gave. Basic things were also not checked.

Geyser was given back with no working condition. Kitchen cabinet maintenance was bad. Painting of my house was asian paint royal. They got only emulsion done.
Keys were lost. They gave me duplicate done. Mine was fully furnished, the sofa is fully torn.

From tenant advance they hve deducted well but nit given with these repairs.

So all owners pls make sure to take ur house back n rent yourself instead of having these bad expi with these ppl

If they had given good service after an yr i wld have given thro nestaway again. But because of customer satisfaction n service they gave. I will never rent my property through nestaway again.

My stay over nestaway property where really good and affordable the customer were supportive but the service need to improve bit more resolve issues at given time

Nestaway is good choice to find a house..Mr Abdual is a patience guy , he will show all properties in a smooth way in properties manner.

Terrible Experience with Nestaway – Negligence and Unethical Practices

My experience with Nestaway has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since moving into their managed property 1.5 years ago, I have faced countless issues with non-functional amenities such as the washrooms and geyser. Despite raising multiple complaints, both via email and directly with their local representatives, I never received a proper response or resolution.

To make matters worse, Nestaway is now charging me for repairs to defects that existed before I even moved in—issues I had flagged right from the beginning. Their employees, Hussain and Ayyappa, ignored my concerns completely and behaved unprofessionally throughout. It’s clear they are more focused on extracting money from tenants than providing any real service. What’s most frustrating is the mental harassment caused by their sheer neglect and unethical behavior. I have documented evidence, including photos and emails, to prove how Nestaway has failed to fulfill their responsibilities. It’s evident this isn’t an isolated case, as several of my neighbors have experienced similar mistreatment.

Nestaway’s business practices are exploitative, and their lack of accountability is appalling. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and unnecessary expenses—look elsewhere for property management services.

I find this nestaway rental house very useful I was new to Bangalore not have an idea about the rents and all but the this app helps me find a property with a low deposit it was an great house to too my experience was fabulous with nestaway

The service is horrible. Inspite of sending multiple reminders to property manager the urgent issues are not getting fixed. The rooms are not managed properly. They take huge brokerage amount from tenants and also from owner to maintain property but it's not managed at all. Horrible experience. It's better to go with local brokers while finding a room.

I will recommend to stay away from NestAway as they keep increasing rent every year even if market is low.

With owner you can negotiate but NestAway will just impose fixed increment of rent every year.

Please make sure before moving to apartment. Please check paints, lights, pest control etc and highlight the same to them or else they will take charges after moving out whether you stay for a month.

Wanted to review about nestaway rental platform I think only nestaway site as lowest deposit compared other company where I felt it's really good for tenant who come across different states also company provide you an good customer support

I am tenant in nestaway for past few years and my office got relocated from Banglore to Hyderabad so I requested for an internal-transfer the nestaway team provided free internal-transfer without onboarding charges thank you nestaway and team for this good gesture

Please dont move to nestway, theres been 2 week long mail thread going on about move date changed at backend even after giving them proof these guys are not focusing on the main query and checking with there area manager.

I will keep posting until you guys refund my money.
