Love my new magic trousers. I love how they move with you and make you look slimmer. They can be smart and casual. Really comfortable.

I ordered some cord trousers from Niche. Unfortunately they were to small. After returning the item I was contacted by customer services who dealt with the issue promptly and a refund was made the next day.
Only one negative is you have to pay to return items. In today's online market this was a little disappointing but I appreciate that they are a small business.

Loving my new Milan trousers I got from Niche. Lovely quality. I bought the khaki colour. They fit really well and are comfortable to wear. The delivery was quick and efficient. I will be back for more item I am sure.

Twice this company has made me feel like a liar!! Firstly I ordered two pairs of joggers. They were clearly different sizes! I actually had to send pictures of me wearing both pairs for them to believe me! I had to pay, at my own expense, to return. No apology from them at all - despite it being their error! I recently ordered two pairs of larger size 2 leggings (I usually order size 1 as I am a small size 16 but went for larger as they were for just around the house) The leggings I received measured at just a 24 inch waist! I could barely get them on and yet they insist that they will fit a size 16 - 20 which is generally a 32 to 36' waist. Even with the stretch, this is just ridiculous. They insisted that people who work there fit into them fine, once again, making me out to be a liar despite the facts. They absolutely won't take accountability for their own mistakes and will make it seem like your fault?? Appalling customer service. I won't be surprised if they make me out to be a liar again if they respond to this and if they say that they offered for me to return them, yes they did - at MY expense. Will never use again.

I don’t normally buy following an advert on Instagram but I loved the look of the clothes. I checked out the website, lots of choices and decided the cost of the trousers was so good it was worth it. And I’m so glad I did. Just wanted to say thank you and tell you how much I’m loving the trousers! I recently bought a pair of Milan brushed trousers, loved them so much I’ve just bought two pairs of Cargo magic pants. Amazing! Comfortable and stylish - absolutely love them. I mistakingly ordered the same top twice. I received an email asking if this was what I had meant to do. I explained I meant to order 2 different colours, so they have sorted my order out and refunded my 2nd postage. Great company.

I kept seeing the reels on Facebook and decided to go check the shop out. I have been looking for a work bag, with a zip that can hold all of my items i need. I purchased the "Vivien 2 in one shopper". This bag holds everything i need and a bonus second bag too.
The shopper bag has a zip to keep my items safe and secure on my commute, and also dry with the rain making its return.
Im so glad I found this company as I have been looking for a bag for so long.

I only placed my order on Saturday and my package was delivered on Tuesday it was so fast. My trousers I ordered were beautiful and very good quality. They were carefully wrapped in tissue paper inside a bag. I am very pleased I bought from Niche and I will buyfrom them again very soon.

I love the products, very good value. Wears well, washes well and the customer service is first class. Orders always arrive promptly. I love this company, especially for my holiday outfits. So much choice and so comfy.

I have ordered from this company on more than one occasion. Items received were just as described, incredibly comfy to wear, looked great, and they wash very well. They were also very good value and not expensive. I also have today just queried about when I could expect an order to be delivered, as I need the item for a special party, and Customer Services responded to my email within a couple of hours, and it was positive too! What more can one ask of an online site. Would highly recommend this company.
