Niche is the sister company of Hancock and Wood who are a fourth generation family business. Our department store has been trading from the same site in Warrington, Cheshire since founded in 1914. In July 2020 we launched our online brand Niche serving customers both nationally and in the local area, offering our latest arrivals online at affordable prices. Joggers dyed all of wash
I have bought from Niche for a couple of years now, I work from home and their joggers and tunic T-shirts are ideal for everyday wear.
I recently bought the navy premium joggers, looked lovely, bought a new hoodie to go with them, was saving them for best for a nice day out, didn’t notice, all of the dye was coming out of the joggers and had stained the waistband of the hoodie, not just a bit of dye the whole 4-5” of the hoodie was now tie dyed blue. The hoodie when washed then got dye throughout the whole of the hoodie and the other items in the wash. The trousers were washed separately with darks, and they dyed everything any lighter navy.
I contacted Niche who offered 20% discount off my next order, they then offered to refund the trousers, which is great, but does not compensate for my brand new jumper and the rest of the items ruined because of the trousers.
As I have ordered from niche so may times I have never had an issue and so didn’t wash the trousers before I wore them, this is not a thing I usually do.
They advised it says in the FAQ but I don’t generally read those, terms and conditions yes, but not FAQ.
This is not a review to advise people not to shop with niche, because I would still recommend them, but please do be careful.

The coco jeans 👖 are so comfortable, first pair of jeans that I have found so comfortable to wear . Nice stretch and the length is perfect.
Would highly recommend niche.
