Niche is the sister company of Hancock and Wood who are a fourth generation family business. Our department store has been trading from the same site in Warrington, Cheshire since founded in 1914. We have developed and expanded over the years to meet the changing demands of our customers and now combine the best traditions of service with a modern twist. In July 2020 we launched our online brand Niche serving customers both nationally and in the local area, offering our latest arrivals online at affordable prices. We receive new stock several a week so there is always something new to tempt you! We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service following the traditional service model that we adhere to within our bricks and mortar store. Unlike many faceless online companies we will resolve any issues you may have quickly and efficiently. Susie is now the fourth generation of the Hancock family to take the helm at H & W, her sons Billy and Henry aspire to take the reins of the family business in the future!

I absolutely love the niche camo and stretch black trousers. This is my fourth pair now. Quick delivery, I returned one pair as to slender in the legs, very quick refund. I have no complaints and can and will recommend to all my friends. Thankyou

We're sorry you have not received your items. Unfortunately, Evri experienced a missing trailer on the day your order was collected and sadly, yours was one of the parcels on the trailer. We contacted all customers affected as soon as we knew there was an issue. We are in the process of receiving these orders back from Evri. Your order has been posted back out to you today. I can only apologise that this experience with Evri has led to a one-star review for us. We understand your frustration, however, we have done as much as we are able to under the circumstances.

Great customer service
I've shopped numerous times at Niche and love the flattering clothes at great prices. On this occasion there was problem with Evri delaying the delivery so I phoned customer services. A special thank you goes to Yasmine who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

Wonderfull company
Glad I found this wonderfull clothing company, never have I had such lovely clothes that fit well ,are comfortable and can be worn daily or dressed up for a evening ect .Had a few orders now and they arrive within a couple of days, look forward to the parcel coming..Bought clothes well out my comfort zone and realised they looked good ,I also felt good in them .stylish ,practical ,comfortable I cannot praise these clothes enough.

Gone downhill
I've had some really nice leggings from this company in the past but recently ordered two new pairs and the quality is not good. There is hardly any stretch in either of the pairs and the fishy smell of them was horrendous they had to be washed in a highly scented washing gel. I will be thinking twice about buying from here in future.

We are sorry to hear you have been disappointed in the quality of your recent order of our joggers. The odour will be due to the dying process of the material, this does come out in the first wash which we do recommend doing before wearing them to eliminate any excess dye. Great priced clothing and excellent quality
Firstly, I love the clothes from this Company. The trousers and joggers are very comfortable and excellent quality.
There was an issue with the delivery of one of my orders and I can honestly say the Customer Service is second to none, they pulled out all the stops to resolve this within a few days.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m sure anyone ordering would not be disappointed.

Size surprise
I’ve bought lots of things for Niche and always been pleasantly surprised, I decided to try there cropped trousers, when they arrived I was sure I had bought the wrong size but they were lovely material and very well made so I decided to try them anyway,and I was shocked as they fitted and were just lovely, I would highly recommend niche , orders come quickly and beautifully packaged, I have just ordered all my October holiday things , and I know I’ll be happy with them.
