I contacted Nicky Clarke on 15th March and again this morning 18th about how to return item but have had no response.
I am pleased to say I had an email later in day on 18th. Very helpful and my parcel has been collected today 22nd. After initial lack of response positive outcome

I have used a Nicky Clarke Dryer Styler for many years this is the third one i have bought as i have fine frizzy hair. It seems a bit longer than the older style but i will get used to it, j would be lost without it. perfect for fine frizzy hair

Hairdryer is compact but powerful, better than I expected. Definitely recommend.
