Night vision 4 less as a company was great would buy from them again but flir as a product sucks already have had to send my flir pst233 back to flir and going to have to send it of again for the same thing.

I have used the goggles on many occasions and it works fantastic. The unit arrived quickly and had great interaction with the sales rep who was at a trade show and still took time to call and answer questions. That alone pushed me over the edge to go with this company.

Outstanding products and customer service. I am 100% anti social and did not contact NV4L prior to purchase. A NV4L rep reached out briefly and non invasively via email, notifying that they would enjoy helping me should I have any questions regarding my purchase. Given that such products are a major investment, I appreciated them checking on me to make sure.

In Dec I bought a Bering Optics night vision device, from Night Vision
4 Less. After using the night device I wanted an add-on. I called NV4L, they were not sure of the add on, so they asked me to give them a couple weeks while they researched it. They never called back
I called them a month later. They again asked for a month to research
the product I was asking for. That was back in Feb, I haven't heard from them since.

I was somewhat disappointed with the optics of this costly, "hand select" unit because it had visible flecks in the image. I thought I was buying the top of the line, as advertised. This company's return policy is apparently designed to be difficult to satisfy. So I decided I would just learn my lesson and keep it without complaining. But, since the sellers solicited my input... Here it is. It is better than my gen 2.5 NV though.

Very knowledgeable about night vision and thermal. Took the time to talk about my intended use and budget for purchase. His advice made for a great purchase that I have been very pleased with. Highly recommend him!
