My last review was a 1-star based on what I thought was, very surprisingly, quite negligent customer service. I would like to unequivocally rescind that review after learning that there was quite a few attempts to reach out to me by the team at Nikita to make right the issues I was having. For whatever reason I was not receiving any communication from them but they persevered and finally got to me through a different source! The team have kindly offered to replace the necklace that broke and I greatly appreciate it. Faith restored!!☺️

I bought a beautiful ear cuff from Nikita my first purchase. It came with in lovely packaging and also a free chain and jewellery storage box. I am so pleased with my purchase, the ear cuff is really nice and such good quality.

I ordered the ear cuff over the black Friday sale. I also decided to do the lucky dip.
My order was dispatched and arrived quickly. The ear cuff is beautiful and although not worn yet, my first impressions were good.

I bought a pair of beautiful earrings for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately I was sent gold earrings rather than the rose gold I had ordered
I contacted Nikita immediately on their arrival and they were outstanding with their customer care
I received a lovely apology and also had the correct pair of earrings delivered within 36 hours of my notification to them

Great customer service! Very fast response time and going the extra mile for their customers. Order dispatched within 30 minutes.

In my case, one of their products was out of stock online. After I asked about it, they were able to find one last unit that they could deliver. Furthermore since I needed it delivered quickly, they were able to dispatch within 30 minutes of me making the order online.

Good product but only 3 gift boxes sent for 6 ear cuffs & only one “how to wear” leaflet - as 5 of these are gifts I’ll have to make/find some gift boxes & find a printer.
The £5 “lucky dip” was earrings that are too ugly/chunky for me so will have to be re-gifted or donated.

Purchased 3 silver sparkly ear cuffs, not only were they great value (they were 3 for 2) they feel great quality and are comfortable to wear. Speedy delivery. I love them.

Order was delivered in 48 hours and it’s amazing!! I can’t get any piercings to heal now and ear cuffs always throb. I’ve had this on all day and I forgot I was wearing it. It’s so comfy. I’ll be ordering a 2nd! Packaging was beautiful. Really pleased.

Came quickly and very personalised service and the ear cuff was beautiful however lost it within 3 hours of wearing it . Shame because it was lovely and painless but an expensive wear for three hours of use. As an ear cuff wearer when my hair is up I know how painful they can become so I was very excited about being able to wear this accessory all day but as I couldn’t feel it at all I realised after 3 hours it was no longer there . After searching for it I could not find it so difficult to know how long it actually did stay on x however after the company heard I had lost it they were quickly in touch and very kindly explained it must have been faulty and sent me a replacement. Lily was absolutely amazing and kept me updated until it arrived . What a fantastic service from this company and I will certainly have no hesitation in shopping with them again. The cuff that arrived is much tighter so the other must have been faulty and it looks beautiful on . Very happy . Thank you 🙏
