Thought this was a SA company. After 2 months, no parcel yet but tracking shows parcel as "delivered". Am I supposed to call post offices around me, go stand in queues and pay more money to get my order? This was not the deal. I take it as a very expensive lesson. I paid R1400 on Nine Life for the same items I didn't realise I could get off Temu for R42... and my Temu parcel arrived within 7 days. These guys are horrible scammers.. stay away! May you get back what you give! Karma...

Prompt email confirmation of receipt of order and payment.
Confirmation email of dispatch shipping date and detail.
Any delay in shipping is emailed to customer and way ahead to obtain the product for customer or the opportunity to cancel order is supplied.

Product was delivered to regional post office. All good I'm pleased to say.
I think the company needs to indicate to SA customers they are not in SA but can ship their products to SA. They advertise as far as I
interpret they are in SA. You believe you are ordering from a local company

The product came as it was described.
But delivery itself take very long .

After the package originally failed to arrive, the company did eventually make contact and arrange for a second delivery which proved successful.

* The shipping method was unclear and ended up being sent by post, which I had to collect from my local post office. I only found out the parcel location after querying my order online
* Your order system has been compromised by scammers as I have been bombarded with fake emails since I placed the order with you. The quote my name, address and original tracking #
