Very happy with Ninja Ops! The team were excellent and guided us through the entire process. We replaced a very old system with a high-tech commercial boiler, and we truly can't fault them. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Full boiler installation, excellent service and reasonably priced, i would totally recommend and definitely will be using again.
Ninja Ops Ltd recently installed a new boiler for me, and I honestly couldn't fault their work. From the start, their quotation was clear and concise with no hidden surprises. The installation team was professional, extremely thorough, and went above and beyond to explain all the new controls and gadgets so I felt completely confident using them. They didn't leave until I was 100% happy with everything. Crucially, they treated my home with total respect, working cleanly and leaving the house immaculate when they finished. A fantastic, professional team all around. Highly recommended!

Absolute 5-star service from Ninja Ops Ltd. The new Worcester boiler installation was completely hassle-free, and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. The team are professional courtious I can't fault their work at all—would highly recommend them to anyone
Ninja were lifesavers. We had an old house and the boiler hadn't worked for months. Everyone else gave ridiculous quotes or said it couldn't be fixed. Ninja turned up and worked out a whole new wiring and plumbing system to get us up and running just before winter set in. The work was fantastic and reasonably priced.
Couldn't be happier with their service - polite, hard-working and determined to solve any problems. Highly recommended.
