I had a damaged package (courier caused the issue) and it was handled incredibly well by Tisha and the Nio team. I have always enjoyed NIO cocktails and it's good to know there is a great attitude supporting this.

I was absolutely delighted to receive my NIO cocktail selection box in the post. What a brilliant idea for a gift that is so special and different! Each cocktail is beautifully packaged in a neat plastic pouch and comes in an attractive sleeve with a super explanation of what you are drinking, its derivation and design. A perfect amount of information to enhance the experience but not overwhelm! I don't usually drink cocktails as I tend to think that I would probably need so many different spirits, mixers and paraphernalia - I put it in the ‘too hard basket’ - so this has made it all very accessible for me. It's just so much fun to try lots of different things you simply wouldn't otherwise do. They pour beautifully, are delicious and I totally recommend to anyone try or gift!

Great customer service!
I have been a NIO customer since lockdown - the cocktails are consistently delicious and also make brilliant gifts. The customer service is also excellent. Recently I received a box where one of the sachets had burst. These things happen - when I contacted them the company could not have been more responsive and efficient, and replaced the whole box within 2 days. Highly recommended!

Great customer service
Ordered for my wife's birthday and the original courier failed to deliver. However, NIO immediately dispatched next-day delivery a second package via a different distributor, and that arrived in time. Thanks!

Great customer service
Had these cocktails before and they’re delicious so I ordered a box of cocktails as a birthday gift but unfortunately the box arrived damaged after the courier company rammed it through the letter box. Emailed Customer Service who were fantastic to deal with and promptly sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service throughout.

Ordered as a gift and there was some issues over delivery (Royal Mail didn't deliver!) NIO customer care were incredibly helpful and went over and above to sort out the problem.
This is customer care that some other companies could really learn from. Because they managed to turn a negative into a positive, NIO will now be the first company I think of when needing to send a gift.
Five stars - no hesitation to reccommend.

Great customer service!
Initially one of the box of 6 cocktails were damaged and leaked into the box. This was disappointing so I contacted NIO as advised by the courier. They couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. Replacements were sent immediately followed up by email to ensure I was entirely happy with the service. The cocktails are great too!!
