DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Placed an order for Christmas presents, was told the order was shipped and would reach me in time for Christmas. 5 weeks later no order and £75 taken from me. Their website is now shut down and emails bounce back. I received one reply to an instagram message saying I would be issued a refund. no refund has been issued and now no responses to messages. Really awful behaviour from a 'premium' company.
Failed to deliver, or refund
I ordered on 28th December. It’s now 14th January and nothing has arrived. I’ve received no email communication and emails to the company bounce back. I’ve therefore been unable to get a refund so have had to resort to leaving this review in the hope they will do the right thing and get in touch with me.
Trying to get a refund....
Placed an order at the end of November 2025 and heard nothing for 3 weeks until my second email requesting an order update. I was then told there was an issue with the bottle supplier so my order had been cancelled. Assured my refund would be processed in the next few days but my money has yet to be returned. Now, any emails bounce back and there seems no other way to contact the company. Their products are good, but as many others have said, customer service is diabolical. Other companies provide similar products with a much better customer experience.

Ordered before Christmas and still no product !
Ordered a cocktail kit 10 days before Christmas, as they advertised that the delivery date was 2-5 days. I received an email 2 days after purchase confirming the dispatch of the item however I never received it. I emailed after Christmas saying that I never received the item and that I would want a refund or another product sent out straight away. I never received a response from H&G and still haven’t received my product. It is a real shame as the products look really good.

No delivery and no response from company
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the product hasn’t arrived. The company is not responding to my emails or my request for a refund.
I think the company may have ceased trading.
Ordered in December for delivery pre christmas. Received an email to advise that due to delays with new bottles order would have to be cancelled. I emailed back to ask when I would receive my refund. I have still not received my refund. It now appears that the email address and contact number on the website are no longer in use. I would not recommend that anyone orders from this company.

I ordered from this company because I like to support small businesses but I would definitely not recommend ordering from them and i wish I had read other reviews beforehand. I ordered a christmas present for my brother in law on the 7th december and still no sign of my order on the 29th december. I have messaged the company 3 times and no response so have no idea if I will get a refund or my order. Very frustrating!

Order on 4th December and took 2 weeks to receive any form of update despite placing an order with 3-7 working day delivery. Left several emails, voicemails and requests for feedback to only be informed they are a small team and will do their best. Order eventually gets shipped late and not in time for Christmas. Very unhelpful and unapologetic and would HIGHLY recommend not ordering from them ever. The worst customer service I have ever received and witnessed.

Delay in delivery
Ordered as a Christmas gift on Tues 16-Dec through NOTHS. Order dispatch now says it's been delayed and assuming I won't get this in time for Christmas.
Have chased twice (once through NOTHS and once directly). No response from the company at all.
I originally planned to buy a similar product from a large brand, but I bought from H&G as I always like to support smaller businesses. I would suggest this business stops accepting orders they do not have the capacity to handle - would not use them again for this reason. I would like a refund.

I ordered my cocktails over two weeks ago and have to recieve them so can not post a review. I have to admit this has happened before.

Still waiting for it , hasn’t even been dispatched yet. They have replied to my messages but told me it will be dispatched on the Tuesday or Wednesday, it’s now Thursday and still no tracking details. I bought it for a birthday present which I’ve now missed as their birthday was yesterday. Partly my thought for leaving it late but it is now over the actual time they say.
