Terrible after sales from this company
Bought a Polar Ice machine from this company and It broke after 6 months. Phoned them because it is still under warranty. I had to phone them constantly to try and get this fixed because we are going to the shops every day to by bags of ice.
They tell us they have 1 engineer for the whole country and he is very busy.
Then they tell us it will be 5 weeks before they get a part to fix the machine.
Obviously selling cheap Chinese Junk
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Helpful staffs, great service, has everything you need
Went into the Nisbet in Cork a couple times, both have great experience, very helpful and friendly lady at the checkout counter. Also, made phone call to an item that needed to wait 5 weeks before delivery, but, happened to have it in NIsbet Cork, paid to receive it via phone. Brilliant service! Varieties of available items
