Very easy ordering, good quality items, and super fast delivery
Very easy to make an order, goods are of good quality, and delivery's super fast.
There was only one issue. Upon delivery, one of the items was out of its original box, and parts of it were scattered all over the order. The cardboard bottom of this box was bent and pushed out. Not sure if it wasn't packed properly or maybe it had a faulty packaging to begin with (the content is rather heavy for a thin cardboard bottom), but forgunately, nothing was broken or damaged.

1st time using Nisbets
1st time using Nisbets. I wanted to buy an Air conditioner unfortunately delivery took sometime but this was not Nisbets fault. it turns out this was all down to the UK.
I will also add customer service where extremely helpful and reassuring. 5 Star Nisbets keep it up

Charged twice order not confirmed had to call customer service which was helpful. 3 separate knives 3 separate deliveries in convenient. Very long wait time on order. Would look for other sellers.

I ordered a 5ltr flask which came in…
I ordered a 5ltr flask which came in good time but it was extremely badly packaged. When it arrived the box was opened & it was clearly thrown around in transit because the plastic on the lid was broken.
All this really needed was bubble wrap of something to keep it secure. It could have been avoided.
I needed it for a very long day event & couldn’t bring it even though I had it ontime!!!
