Returning an item with this company is like the sobriety test in The Man With Two Brains (Steve Martin)
Everytime you answer a question after you send a request for a RMA for the return, they send more questions. I have been trying to send back the wrong parts for 3 weeks now. Waiting for the next question they ask. Update: Now they will only let me return parts that are over $8.00 they say. None of my parts were under $8.00. Insane. Of course they make you pay return shipping even though their website description was inaccurate on part fitment. There are plenty of OE Nissan part websites to choose from, don't make the mistake I made and chose this one.

Their shipping team is phenomenal, I recieved my product in a timely fashion.
Nissanpartsdeals employs some of the most rude, unhelpful, customer service agents. After being placed with TWO agents with a negative attitude looking for further information on an item, I will never spend my money here again.

Denied a return on an unopened part…
Denied a return on an unopened part within the return window. I asked for an exception to be made, I was told one would be made, then the exception was denied a few days later. Joke of a company to deal with, if you're expecting a dealership-equivalent experience for OEM parts, make sure you buy the right one, they won't take it back if you make a mistake.

Regarding your RMA request, the item is an electrical component, therefore non-returnable under our return policy.

Straight up a scam company
Straight up a scam company. They sent the wrong item, won't send the correct item, won't refund me.
Just stay away. they will take your money, they will ignore you, they will scam you.
update:
Company just sent me a notice to send the item back, but if its not the correct item they won't refund me. We'll you didnt send me the item you want me to send back. So that cant happen.
They then sent me an email telling me to delete this review. Thats not going to happen. You won't fix your error, and you are still refusing to give me a refund. So is there a way to remove the 1 star you have?
Add to that, your site shows all your great Google Reviews, only Google doesn't have a review page for you.
100% scam company, information passed on to a lawyer, deal with them, im done with you scammers

Tried to talk to an actual person about an issue I had trying to check out. Couldn't get past the bot chat or get a real person on the phone. Didn't buy from them. I wouldn't trust this site after what I experienced. Response to your reply: that is the number I tried. I couldn't talk to a real person. Why would I try it again just to go around on you phone tree?

Missing component?
I am sorry to leave this because I am sure we will use you again, but the product received was not the complete kit and for about $100 I would have expected it to have (and thought it did) have the exterior plastic stays on it. If I am missing something, I am glad to remediate review.

Order a part for my 2017 Nissan…
Order a part for my 2017 Nissan frontier. Same part number match two different parts try to get verification and I was hooked up with Ai. They confirmed it was the part I needed, but it wasn’t trying to reach somebody for help was literally impossible. I ended up stuck with the $35 part and went elsewhere to get what I needed never ever use this company again.
