Diasappointed but great aftercare service.
Very polite and helpful person who I dealt with at the Ashton store. However I am only giving 3 stars because I believe that you did not pay a good price for the item and I would not use your company again
19/5/21 Since writing the above review I was contacted very quickly by the Company who offered to discuss the matter with me. Whilst I still feel I could have got a better price either by selling the coin privately or perhaps checking the prices available from an online gold buying company I would recommend this company if you are selling scrap gold and want a quick sale. Everyone I contacted at the Company was helpful and I was impressed with the way in which they dealt with my review.

The lady was very helpful and…
The lady was very helpful and informative and I was able to get my currency on time as it had to be ordered and there was a short window of time before my flight. I will definitely use them again.

Answers to survey
The money was accessible immediately and the transaction went smoothly with a very helpful member of staff.
The only glitch was the message on the card machine which seemed to imply that the transaction was completed when it was not. So it had to be repeated, but the member of staff coped with this well.
