I would recommend using these to get your travel money. Its very easy to order online you can either click and collect or have delivery. It was very easy to pick up from the kiosk. The lady behind the kiosk was very helpful

Great rates and hassle free transaction. Almost always use NM for currency. Would definitely recommend.

Because my wife thinks ahead, she ordered the currency she needed for her holiday four days in advance and was promised she could collect it after 1 pm the day before her departure. She turned up to find it wasn't there - no apology, just a shrug and some vague explanation. The representative didn't seem particularly interested in sorting out her problem and even answered a call in the middle of dealing with her. To top it off, she has to wait three days to get a refund. Unreliable company. Terrible attitude. Awful customer service. Avoid like the plague.

The service has improved considerably in comparison to the previous times I have used it in the past. The staff are more polite and the gentleman who served me on the 13th of May took time to explain about the other services they offer but was not pushy about it.

Will definitely continue to use the service.

I used NM Money's mortgage service. Initially I was very impressed as they gave lots of advise and even a illustration.

The issue came after the person I spoke to was on annual leave and nobody else could help. I had just put an offer in on a house and needed a mortgage in principle. I tried the day after to get in touch and was unable to. I ended up going to a bank myself to get a MIP.

I later emailed my contact to give them the opportunity to help find a better mortgage based my offer being accepted, nobody ever replied to me.

I think they would be a great broker, however for speed, and communication, it is lacking.

Young gentleman always texting on his phone. Western Union NEVER seems to be available. He consistently turns Western Union customers away.
Is your connection to Western Union so bad or does this gentleman need further training ?
Or is he just generally apathetic.

Was served today by Chris. In the Trinity store. I had some left over currency from a trip last year. He was very informative and pleasant! Thought the rate was good. Will be a returning customer thanks to Chris excellent customer service !
