Good Service from Harry in Uxbridge
Picked up my money from Uxbridge and Harry served me. Super accommodating considering I was 10 minutes past closing, but he served me. Was very understanding and asked about my trip. Good service!

Disappointing Exchange Rate
I have used NM Money / Eurochange to purchase my foreign currencies for many years now.
As always the currency was delivered by post on the correct day but this time I was a little disappointed in the exchange rate offered.
Next time I will have a 'shop around' and check the exchange rates elsewhere.

Put in two separate orders recently
Put in two separate orders recently, for Bulgarian Lev and Euros. The first time it wasn't clear whether my payment had gone through because the web page got stuck. When I checked my bank's app the money had gone from my account and then been refunded. Phoned the helpline, who were helpful, so I tried again, and although the page still got stuck I got email confirmation. Almost the same thing happened with the second transaction, and when I phoned it was confirmed that the transaction had gone through. Both times the money took 2 days to arrive rather than arriving the next day. This was not unexpected as I am in Orkney, but it would be better if the web site stated that the next day service does not apply to remote areas.
