Tried to register to buy travel money…
Tried to register to buy travel money and the form is broken. It doesn’t even work with the default iOS secure password generation. I received no welcome email and was told my details were incorrect even when I reset my password.
I tried to use live chat to contact them and it was just stuck on a loading spinner.
Remarkable how many UI/UX bugs there were on the website. I’m a software developer and if I shipped this I would get fired.
Please do proper browser auto testing for the entire customer journey to identify these bugs and fix them before you deploy. So easy to fix yet so annoying for customers.
