I have ordered a few times and felt the quality was not that great on one occasion I did have to return a faulty top Which was fine.This time This order was not true to size 12-14 I'm a 12 and hardly ever have to buy a 14. The skirt was not true to size and did mention and give feedback ! Was informed they have sold plenty and never had any issues. So it cost me an extra £6.25 as I had to pay a return, which £6.25 also included the delivery of item too. For this I will not be buying from them again. I'm just not happy with paying for nothing.

Quick delivery. My first order, quality is fantastic

I’ve shopped from no-angel for a while now and as they’re getting more and more popular on social media and their company is growing I feel it is going down hill.
I’ve ordered several times and recently , 2-3 times now I’ve had my order cancelled due to stock issues. The first time I put down to bad luck but this issue is getting more and more common. It’s taking them nearly a week for them to actually acknowledge the situation and for me to get my money back. It’s so frustrating and disappointing, knowing everyone else is getting their orders and i get nothing! Very reluctant to shop again

I ordered from Germany payed a lot for shipping and had to pay an additional 26€ for shipping for an 72£ purchase . I can’t return the package because the costs would be on me and I’ll loose the dhl fee from the receiving aswell . All over a very bad expierence I wouldn’t purchase again.

Their clothes are a miss most times. They're cheaply made, you are better off buying from shein, way to overpriced for what ut is. Pass!

Very well organised with beautiful clothes, shoes, bags perfumes and jewellery The ladies in the shop are always so helpful and friendly. This is by far one of the best boutiques around. Do yourself a favour and pop down to the shop in Crayford you will not be disappointed.

A mess of a company. You buy an item, and as it's processing payment it takes it out of your cart. Beware

I’ve been ordering from no angel for about 4 years it’s my fave boutique the customer service is perfect they are all so lovely and helpful the clothes are beautiful and have some unusual pieces and not to mention the speedy refunds usually within 2 days u get a refund when sending something back I just love it x and live watching the daily lives they are all just FAB if I could give more stars I would

This company are amazing, they cannot do enough for you and are so efficient and helpful either on the phone or in person at their Crayford shop.
Garments are of good quality and reasonably priced. If I need to return items, the refunds are given in a timely manner and they are so good to deal with.
Really good custom experience and would highly recommend them. I have been buying from them for a couple of years now. Just love their clothes.

Absolutely brilliant customer services bought so much and brilliant quality no issues with anything that I've bought and when returning items due to being either too big or long refunded no issues Nichola and her team are 100percent genuine and love her morning lives which describes quality and fabric of item do 5stars from me

This is a great clothing store to buy from.
They have a shop in Crayford and also a big online following.
The clothes are very good quality, very well wrapped and quick delivery.
The return process is easy and refunds are quick.
Nicola and her team do great live videos every day.

To keep it short there all lovely in there ones I met but ordered items Monday at to phone today has not arrived told out of stock I think personally when you have online and shop take the 1 item of online place in shop to till you restock I think that’s a good strategy

Absolutely love my purchases good quality and promt delivery.
