I bought a Seychelles 60cm Cream Slubby Cotton Empire Lampshade at £59.99. I was a bit apprehensive as it was so much cheaper than other shades I'd looked at, but was reassured by a free return so risked it. It is a soft cream tight weave and it looks fabulous. I'd definitely recommend.
I have been trying to return two lampshades that I ordered that were too large for my lamp base. I originally got a reply to my email but was going away for a few days and they could not arrange pick/return until I was back. I have subsequently emailed twice to try and arrange return or even get an address to return lampshades too but I’ve heard nothing back. Not great service at all. I fear I might be stuck with the lampshades as I am unable to return them.
Very quick delivery beautifully wrapped and absolutely stunning product very very happy. I’ve been looking for a while but I thought they were expensive but they were every penny.
Nice shade, overpriced. Got one the same last year from Next for £40 this was £65 and absolutely no difference. If I’m honest I prefer the next one but they no longer have in that colour way and also Next deliver next day. 3 stars 🌟 it’s average nothing special

The lampshade I bought was simply beautiful and I loved it but sadly it did not quite fit with my room. I was so disappointed as I dearly wanted to keep it as it was so gorgeous and beautifully made.
There was no problem with returning it and I received my refund without a hitch

Whilst I had to sadly return my order as it was a lampshade that sadly would not fit properly on my old lamp -your service in returning it was appreciated and professional and I hope to order again from you in the future .
