Can't really give any stars this time as I was told my order had been damaged and no more in stock. Very disappointed as it was to match another item ordered previously. Maybe west Yorkshire was not worth the cost of delivery 🤔

Terrible delivery experience

I have to say that the customer service team have been responsive and apologetic but the experience with the delivery has been incredibly poor and for that reason I would not use this company again. I had to chase an update on my order as the tracking information did not work and after 12 days I had received no update or notification that my order had even been processed. I contacted customer services and this was explained as a lack of communication from the carrier that there had been an unfortunate delay, but that my order would be delivered on 27th May (after placing the order on 9th May). I received no update from the carrier with confirmation of my delivery slot, despite the website being clear that a date would be agreed as a missed delivery would be at my cost, only to return home from work on 26th May to a driver at my home with an incredibly battered box. He had ticked his paperwork saying the package was received in good condition, which we disputed, only to be told “this was how he’d received it”. The table inside had a chunk missing where it had been bashed during transit. Again customer service have been apologetic and have promised to arrange to send out a replacement table but 2 days later I have heard nothing further. Perhaps they need to reconsider who they work alongside if they wish to quote on their website “We use specialist furniture couriers to ensure the safest possible delivery of your items”.

I had my sofa delivered this week and…

I had my sofa delivered this week and the packaging was torn and wet I opened 1 box and nearly all the corners of the sofa and also the lining had splits ! I have sent images as evidence customer service are taking there time collecting damaged sofas I would not buy again

Do not waste your time and money

Ordered a sofa worth over £700. Half way into the designated delivery date received email stating the delivery was shifted by a day. The day of delivery was also unfulfilled. When emailed asking whether it is still arriving today, received an automated response that my inquiry will be answered in 48hrs. Total scammers. Big regret ever doing business.

Delivered today following email to them yesterday. Unpacked everything and realised not the size we ordered, 180cm instead of 150cm. Too much of a faff on returning it.

Hollywood vanity

I bought the hollywood vanity and it is beautiful however it came with a crack in it, a missing lead for the mirror and one of the drawers came broken. Luckily i found a lead for the mirror that would work but the quality is really bad
