Asked for a refund 3 times now given 3 months have passed and just given email confirmation but no action. Please refund my £50!

Absolutely love my purchase from nodbeauty!
I ordered the Project Plump mystery beauty box along with a few separate products on Whatnot platform. Everything arrived beautifully packed and the packaging was secure.
The products themselves are premium quality. The mystery box was a lovely surprise, it not only did include Project Plump items but also a Dior lipstick which was a lovely bonus!
The Project Plump products (Extreme primer , XL lip gloss and lip jelly) are all top-tier. The plumping effect is seriously impressive (just be ready for a little tingle).
The real star for me is the Project Plump lip liner. The shade is stunning, it applies smoothly with zero spice sensation, and I am completely obsessed. Definitely buying more shades!
Highly recommend Nodbeauty. Will be back!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about these products, they are absolutely amazing from start to finish. I love the team at nod beauty always going above and beyond for customers. It isn’t just a buisness to them it’s a community and it worth the effort to make it grow. From their website to TikTok and to whatnot they make sure every customer is happy and I love that.
I’ve never felt like I belonged anywhere and the nod beauty community helps with that.
That aside the beauty mystery bags really are something to shout about I received almost 70RRP worth of products and only paid 20/30. Which is insane - so far I’ve not had any dupes other that the extras I’ve purchased myself which I don’t hate. The brow kits are fantastic

Ordered 30/01/2026, now 12 days later and no delivery or dispatch date. Contacted customer services with no response apart from they are looking into it. Wouldn't use this site again.
UPDATE: After a delay in my order, I was contacted and have received my order, very well packaged, items as expected and I had a free gift in there. I would now reorder again now my faith has been restored in the company.

Scam. Ordered before Christmas, no product arrived. Customer service messed me around, promised an upgraded item and apology. Never arrived. Asked for a refund a week ago, still no refund. Do not use.

Placed an order on the 9th of January,got an email the next day to say my item has been shipped it’s now the 27th of january and still nothings come, I have made contact many times now and have been told the order would be checked as I should have received by now and then another time being told I would see updates that day and still nothing,annoying as this was meant to be a birthday present which they have still not received

We’ve carefully reviewed this matter internally, including order dates, dispatch records and customer contact history. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to locate an order matching the details described, and despite requesting further information to help us investigate (such as an order number or confirmation email), we haven’t received anything that allows us to trace this order in our system.
For clarity, our business was closed during part of the period referenced, meaning no orders were processed or dispatched at that time. We’ve also checked all surrounding orders, which were successfully delivered next working day as normal.

Missing order both times waiting 2 months still
UPDATE: I received a full refund and voucher for my other experience, I’m happy with my box and everything is perfect! Worth over £65 for £20.
Ordered twice from this company. First time it had been over a month with no update eventually received my item and was happy and assumed it was a one off. This time it has been 2 months with no parcel or order. I’ve been patient I’ve messaged directly multiple times and I always seem to get fobbed off with “we’ll know on Monday” they asked for my number but still no update. It was meant to be a Christmas present it’s mid January now.
£50 down the drain will be claiming back through my credit card payments!

No delivery, no refund, don’t waste your money!
Starting to think this is a scam site, order over a month ago, no dispatch notification, have emailed to chase and despite being offered a refund 2wks ago still haven’t received either refund or product. No phone number to contact so reliant on emails. Would highly recommend you avoid this company and choose a reputable beauty business instead.

Thank you for your update. We’d like to clarify the situation to ensure the information shown here is accurate for readers.
The refund was processed by us and has now been 4 working days since it left our system. Once a refund is completed on our side, it is handled by the payment provider and then the bank. While account credits are instant, refunds typically take 1–3 working days to clear from the merchant, followed by up to 5–7 working days to appear in a bank account, depending on individual bank processing times. A refund wasn’t requested two weeks ago but 6 working days ago which we instantly processed.
At this stage, the funds should appear shortly. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over bank processing timelines once a refund has left us.
If required, we can provide a refund reference/trace number so your bank can assist further as we do have these on file.
The order delay was due to a Royal Mail issue, and we acted on the refund request promptly. We remain available by email should any further assistance be needed we also have a business WhatsApp you can message and call us at any time.
