Items never delivered terrible customer service
Ordered on whatnot, bidding page says shipped within 2 days, whatnot support also say should be shipped within 2 days. On querying why not received was told 'bio' says orders are processed in 2 to 4 working days. Status with royal mail never changed, order never got to royal mail. On querying cancelled shows was then private messaged an emotional message regarding a family. Having lost a parent to cancer, I don't think a message of something so personal is appropriate to send to a buyer and it did upset me. After 20 days a refund is now being processed by the platform the seller is selling on.

We would also clarify that refund processing times are determined by Whatnot, not by NODBEAUTY.
We welcome genuine customer enquiries and always aim to resolve issues professionally. We are happy to provide the relevant correspondence to Trustpilot should they require it.

Don’t bother! Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a beauty bag to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. Emailed customer support with my order number and got a response to say they would look into it. 5 days later after chasing and still no response. Even commented on an Instagram post about it. They ignored it but managed to respond to someone else so obviously avoiding me. The money has come out of my account. So disappointing as I really wanted to support a local business. Livid!!
