8 weeks and still no order, refund or resolution
Ordered from the website and multiple orders on Whatnot. Didn’t receive 3 orders. Whatnot refunded the 2 on there but 8 weeks later and still no resolution for the online order. Told many different reasons, starting with Royal Mail delay, followed by they are shipped ready to go, followed by one of the girls had put it on hold, followed by a personal reason, followed by I had been emailed a voucher…no email received. I requested the email it was sent from….ignored and now the latest is my account has been credited which it hasn’t.
Please read other reviews before purchasing as it looks as though I’m not the only one!

5 star experience, the project lip products are incredible and really are fantastic plumpers as well as coming in a variety of gorgeous nudes. The Massia Red and White perfume I received is just delectable and lasts all day. The service and knowledge passes on by these wonderful ladies is second to none and it was delivered in just 2 days, highly recommend

Never recieved my order
Never recieved my order, I sent lots of messages on the platform I ordered from. They made promises to sort, said would resend still nothing. Very unhappy 🙁
Edited to reply to comment....you say there was a delay but it never came and yes the platform did issue a refund.

Updated response - We are sorry you remain dissatisfied. However, it is important to clarify that the parcel was delayed within the Royal Mail network and held at your local depot. We subsequently arranged a return request with Royal Mail after your refund was processed and also worked with the platform to ensure a full refund was issued we are happy to attach all correspondence to this review.
While we understand your disappointment, we believe it is important that the actions taken to resolve the matter are also acknowledged.

Shocking customer service.
I’m so disappointed with this company. I bought a number of items on 1st June for my daughters birthday. It said that they dispatch within 3 days so I thought great. It’s now 7th and they still haven’t been dispatched. I messaged to enquire when they would be sent, I wasn’t funny, just asked if they could be dispatched soon as I really want them for my daughter’s birthday on 10th. No one has responded and they’ve actually blocked me!! I can’t believe it. 😢

I have still not received my order…
I have still not received my order which was placed on 10/05/26. I haven’t even had an email to say it’s been dispatched. Contacted via the form on the website and then a week later via the email address supplied. Contacted on instagram and was advised they would look into it the next day and received no further contact although chasing several times. Out of pocket when I just wanted to treat myself.
