I bought an oxygen concentrator through No Insurance Medical. Still haven't received it even though I "purchased" it 16 days ago. I had to contact them to find out what was going on with the delivery of my "purchase"; I was told that the manufacturer of the unit hadn't delivered it to them yet, however they had already billed me and debited my account for a unit they didn't even have in their possesion. They didn't feel like it was important to contact me that they had pretty much no idea when I would receive the unit I had already "purchased". No communication after I emailed thembon when I might receive my "purchase", so I called them. After being put on hold for a couple of minutes I was told they were waiting to get the unit that I had "purchased" from them. Yet, in the mean time, I have received two emails asking me to rate my "purchase". In a word, Blargh

I really appreciated that I found this. The items I ordered were just what I expected. They were good quality and very affordable. Just as described on the page. No surprises when they arrived. I had looked at several other sites and was very leery of the descriptions because their photos weren't matching. Not the case here. My items arrived ahead of schedule and were packaged well. I hated paying for shipping, someone has to. :-)
