Re-furbished Oxygen Concentrator works good. Good communication response with email and phone calls. Had to print out manual. Perfecto 2 much quieter than previous rented "O2" concentrator.

I have been renting an oxygen…
I have been renting an oxygen concentrator for three years. Finally grew tired of the rental company. No Insurance Medical Supplies made purchasing the same Phillips machine easy. For the price I paid the rental company, i could have owned two machines a year. I plan to buy another machine in a few months just to have as a backup. Thank you No Insurance Medical Supplies.

Great customer service
This company is so easy to deal with! I had rented a POC from them in the past and when I was ready to buy one they had a refurbished unit available for an unbelievable low price. When I asked about purchasing a second battery I told them the price I'd found on Amazon and they matched it! Quick delivery in an extremely secure well padded box, nice small company, Someone always answers the phone, just ask to speak to your person you've been working with and you're good to go! There is a small business feel to the customer service.
