Great experience
I transferred to Care ADHD after a terrible experience with another provider and have had an amazing experience! Despite the wait which is unavoidable, they are easy to contact via live chat and are very friendly. My assessor was so kind and put me at ease. I cannot recommend Care ADHD more.

The report written was in great detail and it reflected all the information given that I wouldn’t have even remembered. Very impressed
Report also returned in a timely manner
Hoping the medication process is as smooth sailing.
Thank you Noodle
Cannot Champion Highly Enough
Having spent over 2 years on an NHS waiting list only to be removed due to moving out of the Leeds area I genuinely did not see a world where I could get diagnosed and yet within less than a year of going down the "Right to Choose" route I am diagnosed and going through titration.
I cannot champion enough the good work that Noodle do to support people like myself.
It's not all about the speed at which it was done. It's the empathy and the way you are communicated to. Every phone call, email and appointment I have has felt like they have my best interests at heart. They have created a space for undiagnosed adults and children to feel heard and seen. They have given us our right to a treatment I thought was so far out of reach. They have given me validation and allowed me to understand who I am.
My 1st appointment was a nightmare I…
My 1st appointment was a nightmare I don’t register stuff properly or read stuff so I didn’t realise it was a teams meeting they tried too help and give me time which I failed so appointment was cancelled but they was so good and understanding my next appointment I was prepared and it went successfully
Thank you

Just atrocious
Just atrocious. I simply don't understand how offering such a lack of care when you have such a duty is even legal.
They used to be called Care ADHD so I can only assume they were legally advised to change their name in case they were liable for false representation, because they simply don't care at all.
They will string you along for as long as possible before having to give you medication, then string you along some more.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
(I'm diagnosed, their Dr confirmed prescription, but they've now gone silent on me since (2 months). Assume this allows them to claim me as "in titration" without paying out for meds - scam artists)

Dangerous Practices
On 30th September, my 80mg Atomoxetine prescription was abruptly stopped by your service with zero titration, zero tapering support, and nothing provided in writing. This was done pending POTS investigations. My ECG results are completely normal and were provided to you weeks ago. Every single day that Care ADHD/Noodle drag this out, is another day of leaving a patient unmedicated which continues to be dangerous.
I have now been left in severe Atomoxetine withdrawal, experiencing intense emotional dysregulation and profound anxiety plus overeating and weight gain adding to my distress for over a month. I am repeatedly told this is "being discussed in MDT meetings," or "someone needs to review" but no action is being taken. Kept asking for results/consent to contact my GP for Echo results I repeatedly informed that we did not have. Nobody listens.
Due to the abhorrent service received, this matter is currently subject to an open complaint with the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). Leaving a patient abruptly unmedicated after a maximum dose of a psychiatric medication without an active management plan is a severe breach of your duty of care and NICE guidelines.
Care ADHD/Noodle were made fully aware of previous Tachycardia at my first ever Titration appointment. This is not a new condition and commenced far before I was even diagnosed with ADHD.
Rather than contact me again - Care ADHD/Noodle decided to send me 7 singular 40mg Atomoxetine tablets, with absolutely 0 contact or context. What good is 7 x 40mg of Atomoxetine going to do? What happens after a week? Another DANGEROUS withdrawal period of no support of tapering off this medication again?!
You're going to end up in the Coroners for the service you provide to people. Thankfully not for me but these practices are dangerous and you cannot mess with people's lives and Mental Health in this way.
I will continue to update my horrific experiences until changes are made for everyone who rely on "Noodle" to support with their medication.

Appalling communication and a serious failure in continuity of care
★☆☆☆☆ — Appalling communication and a serious failure in continuity of care
My experience with Care ADHD has been nothing short of disgraceful.
I began prescribed ADHD medication on 10 October 2026, following their titration schedule. I was told I would receive a follow-up appointment within a couple of weeks.
That appointment has not materialised.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the service, including written complaints and formal escalation, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
I am now down to my final two capsules, facing an interruption to medication that has made a significant positive difference to my daily functioning and emotional regulation.
This is not a minor administrative inconvenience. This is a healthcare provider prescribing controlled medication, initiating treatment and then failing to provide the communication and continuity of care that patients reasonably expect.
What makes this particularly unacceptable is the amount of time and effort I have already wasted attempting to get somebody to take responsibility.
Patients with ADHD can already struggle with executive functioning, organisation and administrative demands. Having to repeatedly chase the very organisation supposedly providing treatment adds an entirely unnecessary burden.
I have done what was asked of me. I have followed the prescribed treatment schedule. I have tried to communicate responsibly. I have escalated my concerns through the appropriate channels.
What exactly is a patient supposed to do when the organisation responsible for their treatment simply fails to respond?
Care ADHD needs to understand that it is dealing with people's health and wellbeing, not unanswered customer-service tickets.
Based on my experience, I have completely lost confidence in this provider.
The medication has helped me. The service responsible for providing it has let me down spectacularly.

After a pretty long wait (which sadly…
After a pretty long wait (which sadly seems to be the norm for ADHD and is not unique at all to Care ADHD), I started titration. I have now done three rounds and each time, the drugs have arrived between one day late (meaning an awkward and uncomfortable comedown while I'm supposed to be evaluating the drug), two days for the second round and on the last appointment a full 5 days which made for a pretty unpleasant week while I'm trying to adapt to these new drugs.
At the time of writing, I am waiting on my final set of drugs and guess what, after nearly four hours total on the phone the pharmacy clinic blames the prescriber and the prescriber blames the clinic but either way I'm about to run out of drugs and no new ones in sight. Could be a day late, a week late who knows.
I was willing to forgive once, but this has now been every single dose. And it's making the experience many times worse and I don't know if I feel bad because I keep having to go without my pills or if the pills are doing it or what.
If you can, I would consider another provider.

Rushed appointments, inadequate support
Overall, I have been disappointed with my experience of CareADHD.
I chose them through Right to Choose largely because of the advertised shorter waiting times, although in reality the process took much longer than stated.
My initial assessment felt very rushed. I often felt I wasn't given enough time to properly explain my answers before being moved on to the next question.
My first titration appointment was much better. The clinician was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, finding the right medication has been difficult. The first medication didn't work for me, while the second caused severe insomnia and I felt unable to tolerate it after a week. I know many who have ben offered melatonin for this but I wasnt. I was then switched to another medication, after which I experienced a severe headache, tingling down my right arm and my right hand becoming very cold.
This is where I became particularly concerned about the service. I contacted CareADHD to report these symptoms but received only an automated response and didn't receive a clinical response for four days. When somebody did eventually reply, I was told to attend hospital urgently. If my symptoms warranted urgent hospital assessment, I find it extremely concerning that my message had sat unanswered for four days. There should surely be an effective system for identifying and responding promptly to reports of potentially serious adverse medication effects.
I've also since realised that while the service includes four titration appointments, after that you may need to pay for further appointments. In my experience, four appointments have not been enough to establish the right medication and dose, and many people I have spoken to agree this is inadequate. Titration is by its nature a process of trialling and adjusting medication, and I did not realise i'd be left to figure things out alone after this or pay for further support.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend CareADHD. I haven't consistently felt listened to, I don't feel my medication concerns were responded to quickly enough, and I don't feel the level of support available after diagnosis and during titration has been sufficient.

Eventually sought an ADHD diagnosis due…
Eventually sought an ADHD diagnosis due to finally having a mental breakdown and chose this company based on wait times advertised on their own website.
Diagnosed with ADHD in May after a couple of months wait. No problems with the diagnosis journey and assessment and felt hopeful that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I was advised by my assessor that there was a 12 week wait for medication. Annoying but understandable and I counted down desperately in the hope of some help.
Nearly 6 months later and I still have not been offered a titration appointment. I have contacted them twice using the contact form and had no response. Eventually tried online chat and got a generic response apologising for wait and to contact GP to expedite appointment. GP emailed and still no contact. Again, I contacted via online contact form and have received no response. Checked the website again for updated wait time which states 3 months updated in October which is wholly untrue.
This company is a shambles, is being dishonest about wait times and fails to reply to communication.
I won't go into the mental distress this is causing me on a public forum, but it is significant and they don't seem to care or even want to be upfront with people.
I will be making a complaint directly to my local icb as this should not be on the list of recommended providers on right to choose.

Autism assessment? Don't count on it.
In my opinion, this company are falsely advertising that they are carrying out Autism assessments for under 18s.
Having completed our forms to their strict deadline, we had heard nothing for months. I have made a formal complaint but have been fobbed off with 'we are increasing our clinical capacity'. I still haven't heard a thing about booking an assessment. When we were referred, wait times were 6 weeks. This was almost 6 months ago.
Were the process of RTC not so onerous, I would retract my referral and start again elsewhere.

Awful experience, look elsewhere for a provider.
I was diagnosed with ADHD by CAREADHD (now Noodle) on the 26th January 2026. CAREADHD acknowledged my titration request on the 28th of February. They sent me forms for my titration request on March 6th, and then they emailed me on April 2nd, telling me that I’m ready to be booked, but that it could take a few weeks. It is now November the 2nd. It has been 7 months. It has been even longer, if you consider that I decided I wanted medication when I got diagnosed.
I was told around May-June that the latest I would be booked is July. Then, when July passed, I was told there was a backlog and now the latest I would be seen is October.
They told me they would need an email or letter from my doctor to confirm my urgency if I was to be seen any sooner, so I went to my doctor and she did just that. She even messaged me to say when she had emailed CARE ADHD.
I called CAREADHD and asked if they got the email. For some reason at that time, they didn’t even have access to their own inbox, so they couldn’t see if they received the email or not. I called again a while later, for a second time, and they said they never received the email.
I have not been able to ask my doctor to resend the email as she has now left the practice, and my ADHD and anxiety symptoms have prevented me from doing so.
It takes a massive amount of executive function, that I don’t have, to keep chasing this company and filling out their forms. Most of the time I call them, they either leave me on hold for 2-3 hours or don’t answer. They have even hung up on me before. When I send them emails, they don’t respond for at least 2 weeks. It seems the only way they will reply to you, is if you complain.
They barely sent me any communications for months, and when they did, it was to say that they became a noodle?!?! It is absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t make this up if I tried. It’s incredibly tone deaf, especially when they are leaving so many of their patients to struggle in limbo with titration wait times.
CAREADHD thought this was the perfect time to spend money on a rebranding and expansion into Noodle, so that they can push more and more people through their system, whilst leaving their old patients to collect dust.
If you are thinking about choosing this company as your right-to-choose provider, please reconsider. If not for yourself, then for the other people who still haven’t been treated yet and need to be seen. I am in an abusive home situation, and I can’t leave whenever I might get the opportunity, as I can’t get myself to take the necessary steps to organise my things. I need medication or something to function. It is ruining my life and keeping me trapped.
I do not recommend CAREADHD/Noodle

Very very unimpressed with this experience.
Very unimpressed with this experience.
Information is lacking, updates are seldom and contacting these people is nigh on impossible.
The CareAHDD website gave indication that waiting times should be 12 weeks. The reality is multiples of this.
I am presently on the phone and chat waiting for a response to raising the fact that their verification codes for accessing my account on their website are not being sent!
You would not run your own business like this, unless customer satisfaction and an actual working service didn't matter.....
When you realise that the "customers" NEED to access the service, and have nowhere else to go. It becomes clear that you can treat the captive audience with distain, sparse resource and keep people waiting.
Waiting for verification codes that don't arrive
Waiting for a chat repsonse
Waiting for a telephone operator
Waiting for titration
Let me be clear that the business simply cannot be the right size for its uptake, and has either vastly underestimated the uptake, or is simply not spending on providing the service.

I paid private for my diagnosis
I paid private for my diagnosis, but couldnt afford to stay on that path for titration. So i asked my doctor to request revalidation through right to chose. 10 months I have now been waiting, it really affects my mental health as I am just kept hanging all the time. I am now going to look into how I can take this further

I honestly cannot recommend my ADHD assessor enough. From the very beginning, I felt listened to, understood and supported throughout the whole assessment process.
Having someone take the time to really listen to my experiences and help me make sense of things has been genuinely life-changing. I felt comfortable being myself, never judged, and reassured throughout.
The whole experience was professional, compassionate and thorough, and I’m so grateful for the understanding and clarity it has given me.
Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive. Very quick and efficient to sorting my medication out as well.
