This company is laughing at you: this is why
This company operates on the principle of dropshipping (not a bad thing). Their items come directly from China (not a bad thing either).
However, what they are doing is lying.
The cap is "branded" using Photoshop. This is not an invention of theirs. It is the same for their "stem cell" treatment which reproduces the same principle. You can find their entire catalog on Alibaba.
It is fraudulent because they sell products that address a real problem in people. They scam people in a weak position (those who really want to solve their hair loss problems). It is like selling a sick person a medicine that will cure them... and giving them a placebo.
I find it criminal. I accept that good advertising, good marketing, allows you to sell an item that costs $20 to $200. It is good work. But when this marketing is based on a lie without knowledge of the real problems, no.
They promise a refund but will never honor it. It is a scam and their general conditions are very solid to avoid any problems. I feel sorry for those who have been fooled.
I ordered stem cell treatment
I ordered stem cell treatment, which took about a month to arrive from China. This concerns me, as the company is supposed to be Nordic. After reviewing the product ingredients, I decided not to use it and opted to return it. I emailed the company two days ago, but they haven't responded yet. I have no expectations from them—it’s clearly a scam company selling cheap products to people who fall for these AI-driven promotions and advertisements. Be cautious of new scams; they’re becoming increasingly difficult to detect.
One thing I noticed in my order: the contact email is a Gmail account. Unbelievable.
A Dropshipping Rabbit Hole
Oh boy, these guys; this was an experience.
So, I bought a LLT cap from Nordic Biolabs (the actual company is "Alesta Group LLC") through PayPal in January, 2024. While there was no reliable data to support that hair growth is stimulated by LLT, except some shaky-at-best clinical trials, this was one of those "I have to be sure" things before I completely wrote it off. The price (at the time) meant that even in the worst case scenario, I could still tank the monetary loss.
The first red flag came when I received my package: it was a generic, no-name LED/laser cap shipped from a Chinese location that had no hint/labelling anywhere that it was from "Nordic Biolabs." It was also quite different from what the website advertised. I brought this up to their Customer Service contact, and their rep assured me that what I got was a "newer and improved model" of what they sell. Sounded like BS, but I went ahead with trying the cap since I had it anyway(it was still FCC certified). After a failed 4 month efficacy trial, I requested a refund, sending all relevant information outlined in the Nordic Biolabs web page's refund/returns policy.
After an odd back and forth, their CS rep said(June 9th) they would get back to me shortly on the refund status; which, turned out to be never. To date, she never responded. After 24 days initially passed and I received no status on a refund, I opened a case with PayPal while I still could. The dispute was closed in my favour, but I feel like if I hadn't previously covered my bases with strong evidence, I would currently still be out nearly $300 unless I could force a charge-back with my bank or report Alesta Group to the FTC. To PayPal's credit, they actually peer-reviewed my dispute and adjusted the case-type themselves - that's how cooked they felt Alesta Group was, I guess.
I would obviously never trust nordicbiolabs.com to buy from them again; it is my opinion that this is a dropshipping scam site, and the Alesta Group LLC very likely operates other, similar dropshipping sites. Now I just have to figure out what I'm going to do with this cap I have no use for.
Anyway, I did some digging after all this:
Despite the name, "Nordic Biolabs" only exists as a web shop and domain name, which was issued to Alesta Group by Domains By Proxy, LLC (their registrar is GoDaddy.com LLC, if that tells you anything). Considering the domain's age(about 1.2 years old) compared to Alesta Group's LLC registration date(4.5 years old), the "Nordic Biolabs" branding is probably a more recent brainchild of an online marketing company called 'Marsa Agency,' who operates out of Croatia, and claims to now oversee Alesta Group's web shops and their business ads on sites like Facebook (check out Marsa Agency's online portfolio for proof).
I notice Nordic Biolabs' Trustpilot page claims that they are located in the office suite building at 18 Technology Drive in Irvine California, but they don't give a unit number, and neither "Nordic Biolabs" nor "Alesta Group" shows up in that building's business directory on Google Maps. This means that either it's a false address, out of date, or Alesta Group uses yet another alias at this address. A foreign-run LLC does not have to have a physical presence in the state it was registered in, so that may also be the case here, if Marsa Agency is indeed running the show now, as they claim.
The only trace of an actual contact at a physical location that I could find for Alesta Group's operation, was their registered agent in the US: the CSC (Corporation Service Company) at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, in Delaware USA. Foreign LLC's tend to like registering in Delaware for added member privacy there so make of that what you will, but Alesta Group seems to only exist on paper as a type of shell company.
I also found another hair loss scam page from Facebook, promoting the alternative medicine quack, Barbara O'neill (the one who believed you could cure cancer with baking soda injections) and some supplement product it used her likeness to promote, called PressureX Hair Boost. So why is this relevant? Well, the contact email for the supplement is Nordic Biolabs'. WHYyyy does that product ad have the Nordic Biolabs Trustpilot contact email? I'd say it's because the same small group of people are selling similar snake oil on many different web domains, and only have limited email addresses which all triangulate back to their circle. I'd expect Alesta Group to only have about 10-20 actual members, if that.
Suffice to say, everyone should avoid this Alesta Group company, avoid Nordic Biolabs, and avoid consumer-grade red LLT products for hair-growth, outright.
If you have androgenic alopecia, nothing short of neutralizing the enzymes which create the DHT hormone will allow your hair to grow back in.
SCAM
WOW! This company is fraudulent. The product did NOT work for me, LED was counterproductive and did more harm than good. I did everything they required to be eligible for a refund. I journaled my progress, submitted pictures and they flat out refused to refund me. They stalled for weeks saying they have to perform a detailed "analysis" then telling me that they saw progress in MY HAIR! Really? Are you for real? Their website clearly states "If you don’t see results in 120 days, we’ll refund you."
Stay away from this company. They are not FDA approved and they DO NOT honor their money-back guarantee. Do your due diligence! Very disappointing and sad that this company is still "at large."

Dear Potential Customer
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding a recent purchase of a laser cap from your company.
I ordered a laser cap from your website. However, upon receiving the package and inspecting its contents, it became apparent that the product inside was not as described or expected. Instead of the laser cap I ordered, the package contained a less powerful cap _ false advertising on your part.
This discrepancy has raised serious concerns about the possibility of fraud or a shipping error. I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. Please investigate this matter promptly and provide guidance on the next steps to resolve the issue, including a refund or the correct delivery of the purchased item.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. On the website it states 272 diodes, the cap they send has 86 which they have verified through email to me and haven’t moved forward with the refund and return I’ve requested and used language that avoid The reviews on the website you can’t see fully only a careful selection of what they want you to see. Totally a scam. Avoid avoid avoid
It is a scam
It is a scam, don't waste your money. They claim they have a money back guarantee, but they make you jump through hoops and then don't end up honouring it.
A Chinese company, NOT Scandinavian
Everything is shipped from China and takes weeks, sometimes months to arrive. Customer 'support' repeatedly lied, claiming my order had been dispatched, when it clearly hadn't. They were just trying to gain time so that I don't cancel my order.
Very dubious business practices.
I placed my order 2 months ago and still haven't received all of it. What was received was of very poor quality and not what I expected from the high price point.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, and very difficult to return product, even after not using it. Deceptive business practices using AI to form responses to questions and inquiries. No way to reach over phone. I would avoid
From SKEPTIC to BELIEVE!
Honestly thought this was another gimmick. Two months in, I’m eating my words. The thinning at the crown has dramatically improved, I’m even seeing baby hairs along my hairline. If you are doubting, just try it. The results will speak for themselves.
Very high quality materials
From the moment I unboxed it, the quality of this project was evident through its study feel and weight. The instructions were straightforward making it incredibly easy to use.
It’s perfect for multitasking, Whether I am driving or relaxing in the evening. As a stay-at-home dad with a baby and a toddler, the ability to keep up with my daily tasks while using this hands free device, thanks to its belt-clip case, has been a game changer.
Product & Return Policy not as advertised.
Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.

Advert gives you the impression it is a Scandinavian product, but no it is yet another Chinese scam, when will we learn 😔
Have received the cap and mini massager…
Have received the cap and mini massager but no hair cycle solution…. I wouldn’t have bought this if I knew it was from china…. There is absolutely no point in the cap as I don’t have a long enough extension cord to take it even outside as I need to have it plugged in . I have very little faith that I will even get the solution either now after reading the other reviews
Unsure..
Iv only had my cap for a week so far, so i can’t comment on how it is going so far.
However, when the product arrived it was in a rather strange bag with absolutely no packaging instructions or paperwork for the “cap”… the “cap” its self does not fit the insert (the part with the LED-LASER).. to be completely honest with you it almost looks like i have purchased something off of wish….
I do not know if the LED and laser diodes are what they say they are as advertised but I will keep using it with the hope its not a scam..

Took a month to get it
Took a month to get it. It didn’t fit. I asked for a refund and they put up multiple barriers to get a refund. Then say it can take 30 business days to get a refund. But at this point I find them to be dishonest. $200 for a hat with led lights. Come on. What a scam.
The product has no battery so it needs…
The product has no battery so it needs to be plugged in to get to work, nowhere, on their website, is stated clearly that has no battery. They claim to give an immediate refund if the request is made during the shipment and the cup is unused (mine was also unopened!) so I called them to have a refund but it was like talking to a rubber wall. They didn't want to acknowledge the problem, proposing I buy a power bank. Again, I insisted on the refund but uselessly, at the end they proposed to give me a power bank which I accepted to move on. After 10 days they sent a $ 1,95 Chinese power bank extremely dangerous, since it opens during use, exposing wires and electronic components and that needs to be filled with rechargeable batteries at my expense ( I have photos!). No way I can use that power bank. Also, they compare their product to other more expensive ones, forgetting to write that their laser cup has 110 lasers instead the competitors have 272 medical-grade lasers. Good luck if something goes wrong and the buyers ask for a refund!
