Wonderful experiance

Respected my experiance is wonderful. It was imposible to deliver my order to my address and in 36 hours I was informed and my order was cancelled. I got all money back in 2 days. I have great experiance in comunication with John. Thanks for Your profesional approch and work.

Great device and customer service!

I've been using my Nordic sculpt device for a little while now and am happy with the results so far. My machine stopped working so I contacted their customer service team and was helped by Jhon, who got a replacement sorted the same day. Very impressed with how quickly it was sorted out! Very happy with the service all around!

Outstanding customer service!

When my product stopped functioning, Jhon at NordicSculpt was so helpful and efficient in replying to my concerns! I sent videos as requested and got back timely replies. They are sending a replacement at no cost to me and no need to send the faulty product back. I’m really looking forward to continuing my journey with Nordic Sculpt and smoothing out my problem areas. Fake company

This company is based in China. Ships items weeks after the estimated delivery time. The products are cheap designs you can buy for 1/8 of the price elsewhere. They don't provide the free gifts and 100 day guarantee is false. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have been assured that I will get a full refund. But the company are dragging out the process. Please look up online as they are banned from trust pilot for fake reviews.
I intend to post this constantly until they authorize my refund.

Luckily PayPal sided in my favor and granted a refund. Despite the company trying to refuse this.

As for the reply to this review. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks so they know my email and order number. I ordered direct so no. There is no chance that a fake company is involved.

I finally received the product after…

I finally received the product after almost 4 weeks of waiting for it. Jhon was very helpful and was able to check on my order. Since I just received my order I’ll be trying it and let you know how everything goes. I’m giving 4 stars only because it took too long to get it. My star rating might change after I try the product for a month.

Had an issue with the machine and contacted nordic sculpt within 24h I had a very quick response and within 48h my issue was resolved...I cannot say enough how helpful all of customer service was especially Erika she delt with the issue straight away and all was resolved 👏👏definitely 10/10....thank you

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service, my Nordic sculpt device broke and they quickly responded and sent a replacement. They recently contacted me to hear about my experience and results after approximately 6 weeks of using Nordic sculpt. I haven’t yet started seeing noticeable improvements and Rex from customer service promptly answered my questions and also sent me recommendations. I will follow their advice and post a review in a couple of weeks regarding my results.

Top notch customer service

I received my order and only part of it had shipped. I was unaware that it was being sent in two parts. I emailed the support team with my concern that I was missing a product and had a response right away. She explained the situation, apologized and assured me that it was on its way. My correspondence with Kristina was first class customer service. Great company
